if i add any more exercises its going to be over 2hrs long, so i might have to switch up exercises on different days, not sure wich pattern i will do, 3 days a certain group exercises, 4 days another, or change it up every day gota experiemnt

This is one of the best expressive stretches. yea i should considering my PE routine is damn near 2 hours long

btw just had mushroom,onion,garlic,kale,cheese, and sardine gyro!! :O

i need the good nutrition cuz i do physical training after PE for another hour and half

resistance kegels: clamped at base or not, pull middle or bit lower shaft skin all the way down with one hand, other hand OK-grip right below head or right on the rim nice and tight, then kegel hold
