at least 1 hour total time,and without the tape now.

Last night i watched adult entertainment and had a very good workout(not clamped),and expansion was 0.4 inch. no fluid donut after.

I firmly believe that sexuality is the key to good girth workouts. When I approach my girth routine with an exercise frame of mind I really get nothing out of it. If I make it a highly sexual session my girth skyrockets.
 
I must say that my routine that seems to work is: mixing jelqing,ULIs and horses ,and at the same workout some of DLDs fulcrum stretches.Anyways i had a week filled with 2 workouts per day,finaly i took a day of today.After 24 hours since the last workout,i got horny and ...But first i took a measuring tape,and ... shit!!! my EG was 5,2 inch.I can not say if its cemented,but something is happening for sure.

I am realy sorry because i cant participate as much as the rest of GA soldiers,because i started to work and i dont have so much time as before( i think only on posts,my workouts are something that i wouldnt miss if it was the end of days).
 
5.2" EG, eh? Fucking nice man, that's awesome. You've got a nice routine, it seems to be doing good things for you. I don't care for Horses much, but if it's doing it for you more power. Nice work man.
 
Today is my second day off,and i am thinking about changes that should happen from now on.First in line is posting my stats. in every single post,second is explaining exactly how many reps. of each exercise do i have in every workout in my progress log.

p.s it seems that my presumptions are corect at least for me!
Last week was marked with everyday sessions,2 of them each day.Jelqing+ULIs+Iso.comp.sq.+SSJ(not so much of them)+DLDs stretches.It helped in cementing my previous gains (even added a bit!)

Alloy -my 5.2 inch EG was after 24 hours since the last workout.Now,after 48 hours is something like 5.125-5.15 inch.I prefer taking lower value,so i took 5.125 for my stat.

I like the sound of the routine that you posted on the 14th. I'm pissed off that I'm too much of a newb to try it (I'd definitely hurt myself :O ).

Hoosyodaddi - I have given up of routines that are making my dick 6 inch. EG,because i found something better than that!2 workouts that consist of jelqing/Ulis/SSj are giving me expansion of 5.5 inch. EG after workout.
I usualy masturbate twice a day,so i decided to have sessions when i get horny,after a session i ejaculate.
So i have a session every 12 hours,and my average girth inbetween is 5.2-5.25.
Mainly because of that fluid buildup i decided not to clamp for a while.I like it this way for now!
Anyways i had 3 days off because of work,and my girth is( after masturbation) 5,15 inch.

Good work my man. And heed DLD's advice....cuz i finally put 2 and 2 together recently and came up with the exact same conclusion: sexual stuff added to girth exercises makes them several times more effective.

I realized this after noticing great pumps and quicker gains if I did girth exercises while watching adult entertainment.

Add more wet jelqs to the routine and you will feel/see more of a difference post-workout

Wow! That's a lot of jacking off!!! I never masturbate to ejaculation for fear of loosing gains. I'm curious to see how well you gain over time with the new routine.
 
I had no time to write for few days,so i will now:

Hoosyodaddi - I realy dont think that masturbation can effect gains,as long as you can maintain erection during your workout.In fact i gained 0.1 inch in previously described way.

My routine is for a following period quite simple:Jelqing(firstly mild ones,followed by erect jelqs),and at the top of session SSJs 30 sec. each, 5-10 reps.My expansion at the end of my workout is usualy 0.4 inches,thats for the girth.
Length routine is mixed with jelqing,every 3-5 minutes of jelqing i do a stretch straight out for a minute period,or footlong stretch for 30 sec. like DLD said im trying to hit the wall during stretch,and its very intense stretch if done that way.Footlong stretch is also done like im trying to rich the floor.One to five reps. during workout part when i just jelq.Also DLDs advice:during erect jelqs or SSJs i am trying to acheave girth of my wrist constantly looking at it.My wrist girth is somewhat 6,25 inch.Very important part of my workout is warm environment,if you now what i want to say.Every 10 minutes(of an 45 mins.) i putt my penis in hot watter to avoid possibility of injury,because of high pressure for girth part of workout,and thus far im not sore after workout even my erections dont suffer and i dont have any pain at all ,although i am like trying to kill my dick with the pressure that i apply.

In a previous week i had no time for double setts,i could menage only one sett per day.What is more important for me is that i havent skiped single day for the whole last week.I had very simplified routine,only jelqs and SSJs.Total workout time was approx. 30-60 mins. each.First half of every session was jelqing in which the intensity was gradualy increased throughout of that part of workout.After jelqing comes SSJs,but at first they look like iso.comp.squeez;squeezing the glans while in ULI(first few),and after those few the rest of them were done like they should(ULI hand jelqs slowly up,and one squeezing the glans compresses it towards body).Every session consisted of at least 6x40 sec. SSJs.Wierd thing is that i hardly notice any soreness after any workout,although girth expansion is at least 0.4 inch.Perhaps my dick got used to everyday Penis Enlargement sessions.I had a width increase,from 3.85-4.05 cm,during the past month.
I am obsessed with measuring my girth,so i have to say that girth is almost always in this range(5.15-5.25).One thing more to say:i quited smoking 2 years ago,and in this week i was smoking cigarettes for 4 days(pack a day).At the end of the last(4th) day i had a session,and no matter what i did,expansion couldnt be increased more than 0.25 inch. above normal,so i decided not to smoke anymore.The next days session was OK,and i had a normal expansion,and todays one was even better!And yeah in those days when i was smoking my girth was mostly 5.1 inch.Thats something to think about, cigarettes and Penis Enlargement!!!

I can just say WOW for my self! In a days that are behind me,i didnt notice any girth improvement,and now i am on my second day off(i intent to have 3),and just measured my girth and ...? can be seen in my signature,i am so happy!!!Definatly i came to a conclusion that :most pressure+enough rest=most gains.You cant realy measure girth on days when you have workouts,because of slight pain that is making your erection max. at 90%,on the other hand,on days off your erection potencial is slghtly increased.I personaly think that you need at least 2 days off to see if you are gaining with your routine.
 
I was wondering if one of you can answer,if its OK to measure girth like i am doing.I get erect and than grab at a base in some kind of ULI squeez but not so hard,just hard enough to completaly expand cells in penile tissue.If i was measuring in plain erect state,my girth would be slightly more than 5 inch.I hate doing kegel exercise and my erections are not rock hard,because of this fact,from today on i am starting doing kegels!Maximum expansion was not an issue for me when jelqing,because i am doing two handed jelqs,and always was.
I have an advice for Hopful - You should decrease amount of cigarettes per day,it effects girth gains(although DLD claims that he smokes 2 packs a day),i dont know if you are applaying enough pressure during girth workout,but 2 mm gain in girth is more likely to be newbie improvement (of stretching cells to their max.),than a real gain at all.In fact i am sure that you should work twice as hard if not even more to gain at the same rate as if you werent smoking.
