In a previous week i had no time for double setts,i could menage only one sett per day.What is more important for me is that i havent skiped single day for the whole last week.I had very simplified routine,only jelqs and SSJs.Total workout time was approx. 30-60 mins. each.First half of every session was jelqing in which the intensity was gradualy increased throughout of that part of workout.After jelqing comes SSJs,but at first they look like iso.comp.squeez;squeezing the glans while in ULI(first few),and after those few the rest of them were done like they should(ULI hand jelqs slowly up,and one squeezing the glans compresses it towards body).Every session consisted of at least 6x40 sec. SSJs.Wierd thing is that i hardly notice any soreness after any workout,although girth expansion is at least 0.4 inch.Perhaps my dick got used to everyday Penis Enlargement sessions.I had a width increase,from 3.85-4.05 cm,during the past month.
I am obsessed with measuring my girth,so i have to say that girth is almost always in this range(5.15-5.25).One thing more to say:i quited smoking 2 years ago,and in this week i was smoking cigarettes for 4 days(pack a day).At the end of the last(4th) day i had a session,and no matter what i did,expansion couldnt be increased more than 0.25 inch. above normal,so i decided not to smoke anymore.The next days session was OK,and i had a normal expansion,and todays one was even better!And yeah in those days when i was smoking my girth was mostly 5.1 inch.Thats something to think about, cigarettes and Penis Enlargement!!!
