I am one of few Girth Attack Soldiers,and this is my routine (though its very flexible and i still like to experiment a lot).

I started to mess with Penis Enlargement in January 2003,but truly involved from july 2004.At first i was doing only jelqs for a period of approx. 6 months,and i gained 0.7 inch in length,and 0.5 inch in girth.
First 3 months of only jelqing,pressure while doing it was not big enough,so it was more like a massage!Then i got the message(figured out) ,that i have to increase pressure and jelq tighter.
Started with 5 inch BPenis EnlargementL,and i think 4,25 EG(perhaps even less then that).
Soon as i found [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] forums,i started doing ULis and other type of squeezes,and now my stat. is(after 2 months of new routine):

6,5 BPenis EnlargementL and 5,1 EG.

I gained 0,25 inch in girth in 2 months,but i was just experimenting and wasnt involved to much(like 1 day on 2 days off,3 days on 3-4 days of...etc.)

i just(from 2 months of experience!!!) think that this might be my routine and i shall stick with it to see how it goes.

Day 1: in the morning

5 min. warm up(hot water in plastic dish,then put penis in it and let it stay there for that amount of time)

15 min. jelqing+newbie stretches(between cheeks,straight down is footlong stretch and straight out;all directions: left,right and center)
maybe some rotary stretches(blasters)

after that:30 sec ULIs till i get proper expansion(3-5 times),and expansion is 0.3 inch above normal erect.

tape at base(clamp it with tape),and continue with ULIs till i get to 5.5 inch

width expansion(while clamped, both hand and tape) i am doing palm squeezing 2 areas of shaft,at base and upper one close to glans,with other hand.

If i canot susstain erection i edge and masturbate(seems the same!),i do my favorite desktop pressing(i am not newspaper jurnalist!),something like press with book whole penis(erect),while he is at desk,do 3-5 times for a minute period each.

afternoon and evening i am jelqing for 15 min. and i repeat newbie stretches from above,either evening or afternoon,but not in both periods of jelqing.

Day two the same(exept i dont jelq in the evening)

2 days off straight!

My ongoing plan is to reach at least 5.4 EG till NY,and 6 EG till april 2005.Nothing that could be compared with AlloyCGs hopes to reach 6 EG till NY.But this also seems good to me.
 
So if I'm reading right that's a 2 day on, 2 day off routine? Odd...

Anyways looks good man - You'll be hitting that 6" in no time.
 
i said its going to be experimentation period for a while!
2 days on and 2 off,yes its wierd but its becouse i want to stress my penis as much as i can in 2 days,then it starts hurting when doing ULIs,so i need that 2 days off.Thats my case.I forgot to mention,all exercises performed during my workout are to the point of pain,so i think thats way i fatigue spongiosum cells that fast(in just 2 days).

I had an jelq-ULI session last night.Had the time and didnt know what else to do.I was aroused,and thought of my young neighbour.She is 18.During workout a cummed(ejaculated).After that i continued with jelqing.Had an 0.3 inch expansion.So it seems that i had 2 clamping sessions in a day,with one jelq-stretch session.Enough for that day.This morning i jelqed for 15 min. As per usual,continued with ULIs,and palm twisters(ULI hand palm up,other hand palm squeezing the shaft width-wise).I noticed greater expansion in girth than with ULIs alone.Up to 0.5 inch.Since i started multisessions,i decreased amount of expansion to acheave per one session.I wouldnt go up to an inch expansion,becouse it would start hurting.My penis has less rest period to recoupe&heal,so i guess its smart,not going to extreme as before.I think it would cause injury.I didnt taped at base(only doing that when i am going for 6 inch expansion or near that).Also was aroused and thought of that same neighbour as tonight,and also ejaculated.Couldnt do nothing against that.When i tryed before to have an abstinence period,acna problem occured,so i wont restrain my self now either.
 
Careful doing those exercises to the point of pain. You don't want to rupture any tissue.

What kind of tape/material are you using to clamp? I'm interested in aiding my hand since it gets tired, but the orange hose clamp is not an option ATM.

Good advice, but man... I remember back in my clamping days I would be doing Iso Comp Squeezes gritting my teeth and grunting running around the room just waiting for my 30 seconds to be up. No wonder my penis hated me for a spell.
 
True. :D

A certain amount of pain is fine, but I'd say that's a "good stretch" more than "pain." Real pain is no good.
 
Profess, you hit it right on the head, technique is so much more important than routine. I am referring to how you found out your grip for jelqing wasn't tight enough, and then once you figured it out, you started having faster gains.Also started trying book smashing(desktop pressing) that you have raved about. That stuff scares me. Good luck on your routine. We are all with you!

Clamping shouldnt be like this, its a very enjoyable form of Penis Enlargement.
You SHOULD NOT feel the need to grit teeth and run around like that rofl if anyone gets like that, than to put it in a nutshell.....your clamping too tight, or maybe your dick isnt upto it right yet...get more Penis Enlargement under your belt.

I agree with Red, it should be more of a dull discomfort that feels good ass hell at the same time. :)

It certainly wasn't pain, and if I hadn't come to expect, accept, and enjoy I most certainly would not have done it. Even so, I doubt my penis was up to the challenge at the time. I clamped very early in my Penis Enlargement career and went headlong into advanced exercises because I was never able to jelq. Anyhow, I've beat it into suBathmateission, so I can generally stay stationary while I Penis Enlargement now. =)
 
Few moments ago i had an awesome session.Although i cant remember how many reps. of each exercise i did,it was something like:

5 minutes of-penis in a plastic cup filled with hot!!! water.
15 mins. of jelqing(some of massage ones,some of very tight ones-alternating them),stretch straight out for 1 min(around frenulum,below the head,fulcrum-stretch)
2 or 3 ULIs/horses (for the first 20 sec. just ULI,than added squeezing the head,so it was horse for other 20 sec.)
5 mins. of jelqing,alternating massage and tight ones
stretch straight out for 1 min.
3 ULI/Horses of 30 sec. each
5 mins. of jelqing like above
1 very strong horse squeez
massage jelging and pure massage of penis(warmdown)

Expansion up to .35 inches,no fluid buildup,and i did this in the morning also.So i had two sets of this in a day,and i experience no pain or erection problems after,and my flaccid is above normal.It shall surely be that way the next whole day.Tommorow is my day-off.I interupted my 2 on,2 off routine because i was 5 days on till now,with everyday at least 2 workouts performed.
