Hoos - When i feel selfconfident,and my general attitude towards life is positive and progressive,i dont have problem with erection.But now,the most of my time i think about her,and possible obstacles for us to be together,and the main one is her height(shes taller).Two weeks already, i havent had a day off from my routine,and i dont intent to have yet,but when i measure ,all i get is the same measurement as before,so it kind a makes me frustrated?!I will try clamping,and see if it works,as it did before.I have never done dry jelqs!

Are you concerned about your BPenis EnlargementL or your EG? For length, nothing beats hanging. For girth work, nothing beats constrictor (clamping) exercises. Be sure to only do a maximum of 3 consecutive days of girth work or your penis won't recover enough to grow. My odd routine remains the same,ok is still the same,with a slight improvement.Every time i want to masturbate(when i feel like i should),i have a mini clamp session.An ULI or two just to prepare myself,and then i clamp with a cable(not a cable clamp!),watch some good adult entertainment and masturbate till i ejaculate.Afterwards my girth is pumped like i had sex with very good chick!Very stupid question for whoever reads thist hread!I dont take days off from this torment,should i?Its like 4-7 days on,and on a day off i just do a session for 10-15 mins. and thats it for that day.Is it ok to take 2-3 days off,like RED did,after 3-4 days on?
 
Hi ! I have’nt been around for a while.It can be seen that a lot of things has changed since my last entry.For the better.This is the only way i can do something with my member.As for the first entry,i can say that during the past period i experienced decrement in size,both length and girth,which was not that significant.Now i realy want,need and desire 7x5,5inch size,and i hope i will acheave this goal.

Every beginning has it’s obstacles and this mine is no exception.It’s hard to maintain erection during clamping session.I tried to just Jelq,but for me it’s boring to do so, especialy at 50-60% erect,because it seems that i’m doing nothing,and when i just remember that i was doing that for months before with very little gains i realy lose my patinance with it,one more thing is that after 10 mins. of Jelqing my head becomes full with fluid,i can’t see it but i feel certain amount of numbness,and at that point is realy hard to still be hard,and continue workout.Ok,just at the beginning i jelq at 50-60%,moreover i realy try to concentrate not to exceed that amount of pressure,but then after a few minutes it’s something like 90%,because i simply can’t reastrain it seams that i will gain more if i do so.So i quit whit that ineffective routine,for me at least,and start with clamping,as of today,along with keggeling troughout the workout,and i plan to do some keggeling during the day.
