Every beginning has it’s obstacles and this mine is no exception.It’s hard to maintain erection during clamping session.I tried to just Jelq,but for me it’s boring to do so, especialy at 50-60% erect,because it seems that i’m doing nothing,and when i just remember that i was doing that for months before with very little gains i realy lose my patinance with it,one more thing is that after 10 mins. of Jelqing my head becomes full with fluid,i can’t see it but i feel certain amount of numbness,and at that point is realy hard to still be hard,and continue workout.Ok,just at the beginning i jelq at 50-60%,moreover i realy try to concentrate not to exceed that amount of pressure,but then after a few minutes it’s something like 90%,because i simply can’t reastrain it seams that i will gain more if i do so.So i quit whit that ineffective routine,for me at least,and start with clamping,as of today,along with keggeling troughout the workout,and i plan to do some keggeling during the day.
