When you measure, just make sure it's the same way every time. If you do a slight squeeze to get to 100%, that's ok, as long as you do it the same every time.

I think this is vierd:when i measure on a previously described way,now i measure 5.15(in a cold enviroment,well its almost winter!!!),and when i masturbate,i measure 5.25 inch?So what is my girth measurement???I even on some ocassions get to 5.3 inch.(when i am extremly horny).Doing only "the squeez" i am increasing girth,but width is the same,and i am not happy because of it.I should have 4,1-4,2cm width,but i still have about 4(even less on some parts of the shaft).In order to change that i am starting with "palm squeezes",(pressing the shaft with palm of one hand,and the other one is in ULI).I already had a session with this exercise included last night,and after about 40 mins. i had 4.7cm temporary width,and 5.75 inch. girth.One more vierd thing is that after that session,next day(about 20 h later)my girth was about 5.3 inch(measured like i should,in plain erect state).
I noticed that before,when i was just starting to Penis Enlargement,temporary girth lasted only 1-2 hours,but now(especialy when i am on my every day routine shedule),it lasts much longer.Is that good?

Makes me question whether I am accurately checkin girth and how frequently and how much my girth changes from time to time.....should I measure more often??

I have just finished one more workout.Variation on standard horse squeez was my major exercise,and it will be for the next month.Reason for that is my width which remains the same,and i want to change that.It is something like this:Get to erect state,grab the shaft at extreme base with left hand and grab the glans with the right hand.While in ULI i squeez the glans with my right hand(palm squeez),and the variation included is that i push my penis against the wall.Well if its not obvious,its not like my glans is in contact with the wall,right hand`s fist is.I`m pushing it preety hard,and i see not just girth expansion,my width is expanded also.I am in this type of squeez for not less than 30 sec. interval.I tryed to push my glans against the opened palm faced the wall,but my glans was in unplesant pain,so i continued with squeez included while i`m pushing,and i experienced no pain further on.

Very close, I think you will really have success with this. For width you may want to peep this thread on DLD EXPANSION SUPenis EnlargementR SETS it helped me achieve more width and I think the same will happen for you.
 
Since the 15th of this month,cold weather and too much work happened in my life.My routines are not hardcore as they were before,and my erection level for workouts is not as good as before.I noticed that my stat. measurement is almost the same as it was the month before.It seems that all of my efforts for gaining girth were in vain this month,because all I got is susstainment of previous EG measurement.Still I should be happy with the gains i`ve made,but I doubt that i`ll reach 5.5 till NY.Not gonna happen!!!

My routine in previous 15 days was something in REDZULU style(not consistant),i exercized whenever i could.In the morning 10-15 mins of jelqing and few ULIs,few ULIs at work(in the bathroom),and 10-20 mins of jelqing in the evening with 3-5 mins of stretching straight out included,and offcourse ULIs and sometimes,my own version of SSJs,followed by 1 or 2 days of break.

There was plenty of time during september an october,when I almost felt like DLD.I woke up at 6am to do the thing!At least 3 hours of everyday work was there,and i gained better,but i don’t have the time anymore because of work and it sucks!I still hope that I can reach 6 EG untill my 27th birthday(24.07.2005).I am reading posts everyday but I dont post because I feel like I dont have what to say.I am so tired this days,i hope it will be better for me soon enough.
 
Glad to hear from you again. You are not the only one in our group that has been going through a lot of life/work issues - so don't feel too bad. Just do what you can and please try to post it on the day that you do it - even if it's just a few dry jelqs. Your log will help you and others on this site have an idea of how the penis responds to different routines - even if that routine is on-again/off-again. Who knows? Your routine might get better gains over time with less injuries. Anyway, good to see you posting again and good luck at work. :)

When I woked up,for the first time in this month i had a very hard erection,so i decided to give it a try.No wormup and i started with ULIs first.At the end of the 5th ULI i felt that I should do more than that(i wasn`t sore at all) so i made a pause of 20 mins. and than jelqed for approx. 15 mins.

This is my version of clamped palm twister.Expansion 0.25 inch. and the second pic is me in clamped state.Todays session went very well with no soreness after,and i am going to have another one more in the evening.Duration of todays first session was 40 mins.with no fluid buildup after a session.

During clamping I edged and kegeled as per usual.standard constrictor+palm twisters and few ULIs included in todays workout.I must have been out of my mind when I said that I will enlarge my dick to a point of 5.5EG for my ex-girl.Bullshit!Irealized that everything that i`m doing is only for my self,but I was hypnotized with her look,and that effected on my way of thinking in that moment,so I thought that i`m doing that for her.Shure she is the reason for my interest in Penis Enlargement and without her in my life I doubt that I would ever thought that there might be a solution for my insecurity.While I was still in relationship with her I was desperatly trying to find something that will help me.I found out that Penis Enlargement exists but I lost her in meenwhile.If I will be with her again it will be good,if not so what.
 
Your dick looks great in those pix and is being worked intense how I myself would like it to look. I would say, think of adding some constricted dry jelqs....or/and wet jelqs. I may have to try a shoelace after seeing your pics. Also on my list is a hose clamp wrapped in electrical tape and used with no padding (ACE wrap, etc.). It looks like you got the constriction right up against the base. Great job! I'll bet you'll see some gains from that soon.

45 mins. is safe but only if you did Penis Enlargement for several months(3-6 months),and if you had some experience in clamping before,if you didn`t you shouldnt go beyond 15-20 mins. at a time.
Hoosyodaddi - I started with 45 mins. bacause i felt no pain during a workout,but on this 7th day i couldnt go more than 26 mins. because of pain,so i`m clamped till i feel pain,and that is about 30 mins. now.

RED i know what you mean,but jelqs now??? I`ve just started,and i tried them once but that HURTS me now,so i wont do them till next month.ATS rollers are good,and actualy i`m doing something like that now,but i think that i shouldn`t do constrictor exercises right now,IT`S my 7TH DAY!!! in clamping!!!

On those pics i was in my 10th minute,so my girth was abou 5,3inch.

I dont know if i should change my stat. my girth is 5.25 inch. whenever i measure.Perhaps i shouldn`t because it might not be cemented.
