Around the end of May (2005) I wrote about my addiction to Viagra. When I decided to take action to get away from the stuff I had no idea how good the new road traveled was gonna be. When I initially posted I couldn't even take an erect measurement because I had stopped taking Viagra. I was freaking out to say the least.

As I was doing all of this I reflected on how many things I was doing wrong technically and the results I was seeing.
One thing I remembered, which was very depressing to say the least, was taking an erect measurement after I had quit everything for a while. I had hung for about one full year using Bib's modified then the Bib hanger and had ZERO success. Getting that damned wrap correct is like talking about getting pussy when you're 12 yrs old but you just can't get any, you know? You're so close but so far away...so in about 2003 I measured erect and at NBPenis Enlargement I was a discouraging 4.75". I had been 5.50" when I started hanging so I bummed mentally.
All my measurements I do 3 times to assure correctness. Right now I'm:
6.25" BPenis Enlargement
5.50" NBPenis Enlargement (and that was slightly losing my erection)
6.75" BPSF
I haven't measured any girth but I'm definitely growing fatter. I haven't measured non-stretched flaccid either but that's getting cool too.
I've tried to use the basic format of DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words] in phase I but I have deviated somewhat...
Here's my little workout, everyday, 6 days per week:
AM...jelq erect (70 to 80% erection) along with horse440's thoughout the workout for about 40 minutes per day
Afternoons...LASS for about 1 to 2 hours, time and privacy permitting
PM...hang using the starter Bib straight down for 2 sets of twenty minutes each...I now realize you have to really open the bottom part up pretty wide
PM...manual stretch for about 1 to 2 hours while laying in bed
PM...LASS for about 1 hour
Kegel 50 fast, 50 5 counts and as many long holds as I can get in a day.
I'm seeing now that much effort and technique is required but the rewards are very much worth it. I can't have a solid erection after a hard workout but the next day, very impressive for me so far. The other day my girth was so nice during sex that the wife commented that I felt like my dick had "shoulders" because the head was smaller than the top of my shaft. She came. Then yesterday after my morning workout we had sex again and my orgasm was freaky...I shot between 8 and 12 times.
