As I was doing all of this I reflected on how many things I was doing wrong technically and the results I was seeing.

One thing I remembered, which was very depressing to say the least, was taking an erect measurement after I had quit everything for a while. I had hung for about one full year using Bib's modified then the Bib hanger and had ZERO success. Getting that damned wrap correct is like talking about getting pussy when you're 12 yrs old but you just can't get any, you know? Kegel 50 fast, 50 5 counts and as many long holds as I can get in a day.


I'm seeing now that much effort and technique is required but the rewards are very much worth it. I can't have a solid erection after a hard workout but the next day, very impressive for me so far. Tried a little something different the night I posted the above and have possibly stumbled into something great for me.

That would be toe-out.

No. All you need to do is open up the bottom hex nut adjustments, inside the right skid, a good bit to where the top teeth mesh more, and the top bolt does not even touch anything. It is a trial and error process. If you open them up too much, then you will not be able to tighten the hanger enough for the amount of weight you are using.

Be sure you tighten the outer wing nuts on bottom back snuggly after adjusted the inner hex nuts.

Very clear what is happening. You are stressing the entire tunica, down to the inner anchor points. The reason you are not sore when pulling down is, you are no longer stressing the ligs.

If you still have potential for gains from lig stretch, then you will need to hang at a more severe downward angle than over the end of your bed. Try hanging BTC, and see if the ligs become sore again.

But for tunica gains, it sounds as if you are being effective. The tunica is more resilient than the ligs, and will not be as sore after your session.

Just keep up with how you are feeling, and attempt to reach fatigue consistantly. You can probably find ways to lower your hanging angle other than BTC, that work better for you.

Well, more therapy is obvioulsy needed for me.

I've taken about a month of doing Uli's workout because my elbows were killing me. Now my forearm muscles have decided to take the brunt of every movement I do all day long obviously to protect the elbows and tendons so screw it.

The reason I got back into this sport in the first place was because of no erections occuring at all and jelqing saved me and drastically improved my sex life...I did a 180.
