After some routine sawpping and exercise experimenting I found my present routine which does fine so far. I don't have big EL gains for some reason, but I am heavily gaining in FL. I think something involved with that kept me back from EL gains, but there is a change to notice and so I stick with that routine. 25 minutes supersets consist of 20 jelqs and 1 uli (minus 5 minutes on a clamping day)
10 minutes of clamping (every 2nd day)

Some words about the exercise selection:
-the only thing that effected my errected length so far was DLD's deep lig jelq, but since I have problems holding a 100% errection while training I can not use them
-the length routine I have now is the only one causing a similar stretch feeling in the inner penis after everything I tried so far
-I developed my NewbieX exercises by putting together the best things I knew and cutting away the useless stuff. Unfortunetly I have a bad resonance on them, I believe they might proof themselves as miraculous exercises, though
My set of today went pretty fine so far. After a 2 week brake I am going back to the full routine step by step. I wanted to do that over a couple of days and than do my routine constantly for at least 2 months. Soon I will order some backup rods for the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]Penimaster[/words] and with a backup to go to a BPFSL somewhere in the range of 13'' I should have eqipment for the next years.
The errected work was a bit problemativ today, but I think that comes because of restarting Penis Enlargement after a brake. I have some problems with the errections in general for some time now, but DLD said that can be cause by gains and I think I gained FL like noone I have heard about so far.
For some reasons all these uli varations helped me with errections in the past and so I am going to keep using them.

Why am I going for so much? Well, I'm still not over a gf I had a couple of years ago. My mental state might be not the best one, but well, that is giving the readers a crazy fucker who really will be going for that goal and use a high IQ in order to find innovations if necesarry and publish them here (first innovation is the routine from the Newbiex2 thread, just insanely effecting).

Well, a lot of stuff happened. So far the only goal is to bottom out the Bathmate X11 in 1-2 years. I will revisit the old excercise posts later as there are some new discoveries.
I allways had some minor injuries, lost 90% of the gains, restart, repeat. I measured roughly 25,0cm...25,5cm BPEL a couple of times and didn't measure girth in a couple of years.
The old workout idea allways was to quickly work myself up to some high intensity stuff, do the hard work and after this add some easier work similar to a gym workout. In particular clamped jelqs got me some injuries, but I thought I did something wrong and tried adjustments. There was some issues and living in a far-left shithole is a major motivation killer. It's extremely frustrating and even before politics there was a lot of frustration, because like 99% of the women in my generation and this area are flat and have a personality like some lolcow character.
What really got me back into the PE was finding the "PE Doctor" by accident and deciding to give it another go. Even though PE promises of his business partner remind me of these unsolicited E-Mails "Pills for 3 inches in 3 weeks".
Currently I am slowly getting back into PE after another injury. Bathmate had a vibration attachment for a couple of years, but lately a lot of people claim vibration innovations for themselves. Anyway, I got some red dots at the skin of the D and itching in the same area. Ten days of total rest solved the issue. Now I am slowly restarting, doing a bit more from week to week. The vibrations cover up the pain from going too hard and I learned this the hard way.
At the moment I have EQ issues. I kinda allways had the issue of getting semi-errected too easily, but full errections being hard to achieve. The current situation is a lot of things going on. I restart working out and lose track of it quite often. This causes a lot of rapid weight changes from the intramuscular water. I suppose I got to stick to things for some weeks and everything is going to take care of itself... And I now got stretchmarks on my D, because the bellows on the Bathmate wore out and I no longer could get away with an old pumping mistake.
The routine I am aiming for is basically like this:
Possibly a modified DLD blaster for priming (alternate between a regular and a reverse kegel instead of the monotonous kegling)
Some new style of stretching - explanation at a later day
Some hanging - BIB hanger, still need to pick some methods/styles
Some pumping - 4x5 minutes, possibly some vibration experiment and some masaging technique* between sets
Jelqing - Alternating between conventional jelqs and some new technique, Bepanthen Creme as lube (faster skin recovery from pumping and less decoloration)
*Why do new people claim these as their innovation when there are posts about this from the 2000's?
I will try to stay away from the extreme intensity stuff. Some things in PE seem to be similar to workouts for the body, but it looks like there are some major differences as well.

BPFSL is hard to judge. The best I ever had was 27cm, but now I am like 25.5-26cm. It's hard to compare to the starting situation, because back then I thought that a bit of pulling is enough and ~12 months later I found out that I have to pull fully for BPFSL.
