20 mins of stretches
10 mins of my blaster variation
mandingo stretches

newbiex1 horizontal followed by vertical

Some work with devices depending on the time

Yeah you're right. I looked through the thread and the man is actually very articulate, but i just cant fathom some of the insecurities on here. On an unrelated note, i have a similar size to his starting size but i have ed, & i tried jelqing to improve eq....i did about 10 2 sec jelqs and my penis erupted in bruises snd red spots. It seems as though naturally large guys are easily injured by pe....
