I was pretty thrown back by some weird injury from batHydromaxating. It was some bump. While doing newbieX3 it seemed to turn out to be an inner pimble. Well, I've read in someones elses thread here about that and returned to Penis Enlargement after some brake.

So far I intented to change the routine slightly to something like.

Supersets 20 Jels + 1 Pressure Uli (going to modify it soon)
10 mins of clamping (every 2nd day)
20 mins of batHydromaxating

some hours later
10 minutes of kegels

16 minutes strechtes (up, right, down, straight, left)

It was my try because NewbieX3 got the sensitivty too high again. I think that X3 thing is something that should be only used if needed. It will effect there but too much of it prevents intensity from being able to be used without massive pain.

Now the spot where the injury was turned out bloody (inner bleeding). I will just let the present shit heal and hope to start though deconditioned again. I know that al the enxtender stock rods will be only what I need for a medium intensity set until summer. Because of that I will go back to 10 minutes of jelqing the day and cutting the bundled stuff down again.
 
Slowly finding back to it. So far removing bundled stuff and reducing girth intensity seemed to be a way around the injury. Well, NewbieX3 are helping too. I'll wait a bit before starting with intense girth stuff again.

Todays workout went fine and seemingly hanging 3,75kg starts working with the present setup.

Pretty close. It seemed to be gone, but I decided to add some total rest days to be 100% sure this time. I've had too many stop with injuries the last months.
 
Be sure to continue with hot wraps and deep massage, this will speed recovery and keep things nice and loose and ready for attack again once you are healed.
 
Well, yesterday everything down there seemed normal. I think 2 savety rest days should be enough from now on to be sure. On Monday I gonne start again.

Well, actually everyone is here for a permanent change on the body, but I personally would feel more comfortable with reaching my goals quickly and sticking with an easy maintenance routine as fast as possible.

All the Penis Enlargement consumes lots of time and especially when I am finished from sports it gets uncomfortable, but well life is a bitch.

So many people want certain things, but most people aren't doing anything to get them...

That is an air or water blister. Do not pop, do not train, do not do anything until it flattens and skin peals or you will get scaring and extreme pain.

the idea was stupid... it heavily messed up the skin. so i gonna remove the girth stuff for like 2-4 days and than slowly drive it back up. in future im going to use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] only before going to bed, because even 12 hours after pumping it messes up my length routines.
