I'm still there. Did only grith the last 6 mounth. 3 x 30min pumping or jelqing or both, 30 min daily most days a week (5 of 7 in avg).

My cook is completly used to it, not any sign of overtraining the next day, I can pump at 7 HG, and the limit is the skin at the belly that start to hurt, so I do only 5-7 HG, but my cook doesn't care.

Grith is at 13,7 cm cementet after some off days, on good days thicker, I don't have a measuretape right now. My EL stays at 16 cm/BPenis EnlargementL 18,5cm/FL 20-20,5cm. I'll foucus more on length the next mounths.

I'm on this for about 14 mounth now,

Doing 30 min daily is enough for me. Don't train too much if it is starting to piss you on(if not train as much as u like!!!), stop 2-3 days or reduce the amount of time per days. After all the long run motivation counts!!!

It's a journey, next stop at 17cm EL/14cm EG next spring !!

I need an advice. I have a boil or furuncle on my penis. Don't know the correct translation from german -> english. Nothing serious the Doctor said. I need to use a creme for two weeks and then the infection should be gone. It is really not that bad and strong infected. But there is a small fingernail huge dot an the shaft of my penis, where the almost very last hair is growing.

So my question is:

Is low pressure pumping fine with it? - Jelqing is not, because the physical movement stresses to much.

If no pumping is allowed, how long did it take to start grith again? - There will stay a dot in the skin for years the doctor said.

Please, everybody that is familliar with these problems, give me some advice.

Stay away from girth and expansion exercises, these will aggrivate the boil. Stretching is fine as long as the boil has not popped. Once it has surfaced you will need to refrain from everything, including stretching as this will cause pitting an scars. Allow yourself to heal!

I would go with the doctors advice and take two weeks off. uring this time you can do penile massage to keep blood flow at peak performance, train with Kegels and stretch until it surfaces.
 
Good advice, seems to get better next week I think, there will be nothing left. The infection goes back, its almost gone. I found some fun in the length exercises because I coundn't do grtih. Doing 10 min streches all directions when I wake up and before go to sleep right now. The long break of grith training is good for my EQ I found out!

So what can I expect from 2 x 10min Streches? That is a very impressive flaccid length (i assume much smaller before Penis Enlargement) and likely a great indicator of big gains to come.

As you seem to be doing a lot of girth, have you considered clamped horse squeezes or slow squash jelqs.
 
What are you using to increase flaccid length?

Your kidding.

Most peoples BPFSL when they start out is about the same as their erect size.

To have a 4cm stretch indicates that your penis is in very good shape for gains.

DLD, is there as good an indicator for girth or would that just be the expansion during girth sessions?
 
OK, I didn't know that, but the only thing that counts is EL in my opinion, and my EL is about 16 cm(6,2"). My BPenis EnlargementL is 18 - 18,5(7,1").

So the gap is only 1 Inch or 2,X cm. So if this is a good indicator for gains, how did I make them? In fact I only do grith (some jelq and pumping). Indicators on girth and length can be quite different from man to man. Some men will have cycles of each where they will gain girth for a few months than the length will start to come for a while. Indicators of effectiveness include fatigue, dull aching at the ligs or within the Tunica, stretch marks (small white lines going length-wise for length gains an width-wise for girth gains. Hair creeping up the shaft indicates length gains. The biggest indicators are the measuring devices but do not become obsessed with them. Practice measuring girth after workout to see what kind of expansion you are getting and check you BPFS to see what length gains are coming. Every two month do a full set of official measurements after a break of 24 hours from Penis Enlargement. finally, and most importantly, the BEST indicator is your lover asking if your cock is getting bigger:)

True, however the fact that your BPFSL is a fair bit ahead of your EL surely indicates that gains are on their way even if slowly.
