I will measure it only once a month.

My current stats are:

NBP EL = 5.6
BP EL = 6.2
EG = 4.7

It is not big, but it is not that small after all :P
 
Yeah, you're a Tad above average . Good place to start bro.

Might I suggest a natural light for your pics? Will highlight if there is discoloration or spots.

What's your starting routine? [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and what?

Just do something consistent for a while as a baseline. Add in consistency, intensity, duration and multiplex attack... and gains will come. Have fun.

I have been into Penis Enlargement for 3 months, (i bought the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words] one month ago). After 2 months of manual exercises and 1 month of exercises + [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] i've gained: almost 2 cm in flaccid lenght - one cm in flaccid girth - 1 cm in Erect Length - a bit less than 1 cm in Erect Girth.
Not massive gains, but still gains after all right?

Here's my routine:

I have some knowledge of Fitness and Body Building, of course i know that Penis Enlargement and Penis are totally another matter , but i think that some of Body Building principles can be used for Penis Enlargement...

Basically in the morning or early afternoon (depending on my working-training schedule) i will focus on length, and in the evening on girth.
For lenght i will follow DLD lenght routine (the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] length part) which it seems perfect to me. The DLD Blasters in particular, since they are using PNF principle, are simply a brilliant exercise. The Mandingo stretch, which i was pretty scared about, is a very intense exercise, and while doing it for the first time, i felt a very deep and new tension, so i think it is worth to incorporate it into the routine.

I will train on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (I take 3 day off in order to promote tissue regeneration and hypertrophy) and this is how the routine will look like:

Morning =
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds x 3

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3

DLD Blasters: five, 30 second reps.
Mandingo Stretches: 3 to 5 30 secs reps, depends on how tired i feel

Just a quick update...
I don't know if it's because of DLD Stretching Routine, or the Mandingo Stretch, or the Jelqing before the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session, or just a Placebo effect (hopefully not) but man... it's getting bigger... Sometimes, while flaccid, it really looks like a totally different one.
Can't wait til the end of these 3 weeks to measure it again :blush:

NP bro. Phone cameras are actually pretty good. Its just the lighting. Note how much better your recent pics look vs your OP. Healthy looking skin now. That's what I was suggesting.
