The time has come for me to keep a P.E log on this site. My hope is to log down every routine I do, as well as add some comments on my routines.
I started Penis Enlargement back in the Summer of 2005, but never really consistent. I started consistently on May 20, 2006 and just stopped on November 1st. I haven't done any P.E since then (about a month and a half).
During the 8 months of my P.E I had intense sessions lasting anywhere from 3-4.5 hours. The sessions included dry jelqs, wet jelqs, horse squeezes, clamping, double clamping, wall clamping, and stretching. To my disdain, I gained NOTHING from 8 months of P.E, for whatever reason.
So, if intense sessions of P.E lasting hours didn't work for me, what will? If all I got from it were larger veins and discoloration, why keep it up? Well, I know that P.E works...and I am focused.
I am going to try a different approach to obtain my short term goal of 7x5.5. I will focus on shorter, but more intense and precise routines using as good technique and force that I can. I will also try to warm up and warm down, as well as figure out how much time I should take to rest. I will make the Kegel as important as anything else too because I feel I will benefit from the kegel.
I plan on obtaining my goal by my 21st birthday in roughly 7 months. Please feel free to comment on my routines and be candid about my approach to them.
For the record, on this date I measured in at 6.5x4.875 (girth measured at C-scar, mid shaft is 5 inches)
