So I have really started getting serious with adding the Bundles to my routine. What I have found is if I am diligent to do them BEFORE I pump. I get almost 0 Fluid Retention, but if I do not I get bad FR.
As best as I can theorize, because of how tough my tunica is that if I don't stretch if before hand instead of expanding it simply forces my Penis outward in length instead of girth and forces the lymphatic fluid and blood which come into the Penis up near the head right where the tougher part of the Tunica ends. The fluid becomes trapped there is takes time to drain.
However, if I stretch before hand, I get much better expansion overall and my fluid retention is almost non-existent.
What I have also found now, is if I do get FR at all, I can begin a set of bundles focusing on stretching and twisting the tunica in the area where the fluid is currently retained and it reduces significantly through each set. It still takes some time to go away, but where it was taking 48 hours before, it's taking 12 now. So for me, I am just going to keep stretching before my pump sessions.
I have also noticed that where I feel the "dull ache" that comes with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] session has also changed. First it requires higher pressure to feel anything at all, second it is now over the entire penis instead of a sharper pain in just one area under my glans.
I am also trying something new, I found a way to comfortably
strap into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]
SG[/words] while in a bundle stretch. You have to remove several bars and will not extend as far or for as long (guaranteed), but holy crap will you feel the stretch. By combining a silicone
sleeve (the small one from AB Silicone) and the comfort
strap which seems to stick to the silicone VERY well. I am able to
strap in while rotated 520 degrees and hold that stretch for 30 minutes in each direction. See picture below. Take the top of the device off the bars altogether, then put the base around your penis and push the rods out of the way. Then
strap into the top and ensure it is snug and holding well. Rotate yourself to whatever level is possible while still being able to keep the penis in a straight stretch, the pull to the length of the rods, push them down and into the device again. Lengthen to tension as necessary. I am doing about 800g of tension for 30 minutes each direction. Again as a note, I have to take several bars off my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]
SG[/words] to be able to
strap in, but it works. (Going from about a 9.5" stretch to a 7.5" roughly, non-bone pressed)

Hopefully with this new found knowledge I can get back to my routine and make the girth gains I want to make. I'll keep you guys posted on my progress.
To summarize... DLD is the man and bundle stretches are the shit. Nothing further.
