Definately go for heating pad bro, that thing is priceless.
Dont forget to buy one where you can manipulate the heat settings.

Thanks for the advice bro! I'll make sure to get one with a heat dial on it. I used a rice sock for a while but it was always soaking wet from the water that was in the rice and it always smelt really bad after a while aha. I'm gonna use the heat pad and massage the area in pain about 3 times a day and hopefully by the time the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] comes in I'll be all set to go!

Heating pad with adjustment AND MASSAGE or get a small massager. Then you can use it to massage you're testicles as well. Will help with erections when jelqing or girth work. I'm gonna find one soon.

I took today off and massaged a little bit, but couldn't find a heat pad at my local Walmart, so I'm gonna go to a different one tomorrow and see if they have one and do more heat and massaging tomorrow maybe. And yes they said that my order has been verified and should be shipped in 2-3 days but I don't know if that means it will be delivered in 2-3 days or they won't ship it out for another 2-3 days lol. Don't matter how you do it, just get as much time as you can. Get you BPFSL and go from there. Set it up close to that number and then you extend by twisting the rods. If you can see the threads in both ends, it's time to add a bar. You want to be longer than your BPFSL at all times. You'll get it down when you get used to it.

Exactly. Your BPFSL will be different lengths from before and after stretching. By stretching before hand and then elongating beyond that with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], you'll have a new length almost each time. What makes the difference is the amount of force applied from the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. You want to work your way up to max and try to stay in it as long as you can. I have yet to try jakem82 way of doing it bundled but I will soon. That's where the magic happens. You need to get accustomed to wearing it normally along with all the functions and feelings first and then move to bundled. It won't take you long so don't worry.

Upward stretching is very important to Tunica stretching but we are also attacking this with Bundled Stretches so from the two direction you should be very successful. My advice is to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] in the upward position 2 days out of 7 if you are training daily. If not daily try to keep upward stretching at about 25% of your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] use. Downward will always feel more intense than upward but don't let that fool you, gains are being made.

So I have taken some time off and still am going to take some time off as I still have pains in my left side ligaments and it's starting to piss me off! I started using a new heating gel pack that I bought from Walmart and it stays hot for a decent amount of time (30 minutes), I keep it in the painful area for about 20-30 minutes then massage for a good 5-10 minutes then toss the gel pack in the microwave again and it's good for another 20-30 minutes etc. I do this about 3 times, gonna try to up it to 5-6 times a day to try to get everything back to the way it was before. My [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is supposed to be coming in the Friday or next Tuesday so I am hoping to be back to normal by then. I will be doing the heat treatment and massaging until then with no pe and I am gonna try to restrain from masturbation as that may help as well. Wish me luck!

Thanks running, means a lot. It's weird though cause some days it won't hurt at all and other days it is quite discomforting. like just 2 days ago it didn't hurt at all so I did a little bit of stretching and then the next day it hurt. I feel that I just need to give it some time to heal but yes I'll give it 1-1.5 weeks and if it still hurts I'll get it check out. Once again thanks bro.

You are doing exactly what you should be doing in healing a strained ligament. It takes maybe 5-10 days to heal, some faster others slower but never longer than 2 weeks. How do you think this happened?

Well you see DLD, ever since I had that lig pop that one day (doing footlong stretches) my left side ligs have been hurting and only the left side, not the right side. I have no clue why either. Somedays it doesn't really hurt but other it does. Today I heated it for a couple hours and massaged it for a while, it doesn't hurt that much right now, so hopefully if I keep this up it heals! Also I don't believe that it is torn because from what I read I believe that if you tear your penile suspensory ligament you can't get an erection and today I got a couple randomly throughout the day. I believe that I may have just strained/sprained it really badly and it just needs some time to heal. I tried getting it to heal by easing it back into my routine which worked for a little bit but started hurting again after the third day of doing my regular routine again. I am just going to stop pe for another week or so and keep doing the heat and massage treatment 3-5 times a day and we will see where that leads!!

Wonder why you had that iinjury did you stretch stretch real hard whit out increasing the intensity little by little...i have done them n sometimes i just dont dare to stretch harder cause i can feel how powerful they are..


Take a week off if the pain is sharp n let the penis rest until the ligaments gets healed..The foot long stretches are very intense exercises n learning to regulate the intensity takes time...:)

No matter how well rehearsed you are always be progressive in training, ALWAYS. What I mean by this is when starting any exercise or tool work be gentle at first and work up to the max intensity over, maybe, a 3-5 minute period. This could be considered a warm up too. Any quick, intense jerk in stretching runs the risk of ligamental strain. I hope you feel better soon!

Ya ill be more progressive when training from now on and Thanks DLD! I believe that it is a strained ligament that I didn't let heal because I started training after about 4 days of it happening so it didn't really have any time to heal, but now after a few days of heat treatment I can already feel it getting better! I'd say in another 5-7 days I'll be as good as new! I don't believe that it is a tear however because it is not in excruciating pain, it is just short little sharp pains every time I tug on my penis down to the right. I can't wait to get back in the game after not being in it for a few weeks!

Hey bro, I just got a cheap gel pack heating pad from Walmart for like $8 and it works decently! You put it in the microwave for 30 seconds, take it out massage it flip it over and put it in for another 30 seconds and then repeat the process 1 more time. Take a total of 90 seconds to heat up and lasts for about 30-40 minutes!

At my local walmart(s) they have about 10 different heat pads, some electric some gel packs, I just chose the cheapest one lol. Between walmart and home depot it is like a PE'ers paradise, so many ideas arise! Just walk through the plumbing section at home depot and you will come up with so many ideas, the same thing at walmart!

There is going to be some soreness that will stick around for the beginning of PE, for me it took about 2 months to where I was no longer feeling base soreness. Now, you may have base or ligament soreness rather than a straight. When you feel the pain where is it exactly and is the pain more dull, achy and sore or is it sharp and shooting? If it is sharp and shooting you should wait until it is completely healed before starting again and accurately identify what caused this so it never happens again. If it is soreness, as many experience, it is normal and expected and a good [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words].

Immediately :) As long as it is soreness you are dealing with you can use it right away. If you have strained a ligament you will need to wait. I am leaning towards normal PE soreness but maybe you could shed more light on this.

A lig pop will never cause a strain of the ligament. A big pop is the same as cracking your knuckles, it is air being released from you pubic bone as you stretch against it. This happens to most men and many have big pops every time they stretch. It is definitely not a tear, you would be in unbelievable pain if that were the case. I would start stretching again but very lightly and slowly work up in intensity. I am learning towards this pain being more a mental thing than a physical one as most men who have a big pop for the first time immediately believe they broke something and from their phantom pain arrises. Once they hear that a long pop is normal the pain goes away. If the gentle stretching still hurts I would make an appointment with your doctor to make sure everything is straight. I do not think this will be necessary if I am on target with the Lig Pop, but if not the next step is a check up.

Ya like it may have just been a coincidence that it started hurting after the lig pop, cause it felt fine for the first few days but then it started to hurt like 3 days after it. I know it is definitely not a phantom pain though because i do get pains from time to time. But yes I agree that it definitely isn't a tear though, at worst there might be like a little baby micro tear. I'm pretty sure it's strained though because I read up online that if you put your body in certain positions then it will pull on the ligament in a certain way and will cause a bit of discomfort which is what happens to me. There are a few positions that I lay in that is can be a bit discomforting and there are a few ways that if I tug on my penis then it hurts a little. I mean, I still masturbate and have done a couple girth sessions and it doesn't hurt when I do them! I am gonna try to stretch a little bit tomorrow and see how everything goes. I will let you know of it gets to a point where it starts to hurt a lot again in which I will then consult my doctor. All in all, defiantly not a tear, could be anything from just soreness to badly strained. Let's hope it ain't nothing to serious cause I'm starting to miss doing PE:)

Also DLD I was thinking about this rn, but if it was a strained ligament, wouldn't it hurt 24/7? Like when I tug down and the to the right it only hurts like 5-10% of the time, it doesn't hurt all te time only sometimes. And I think it is more of a soreness rather then a sharp pain. And also, if I go a week without stretching it doesn't really hurt at all but as soon as a do some lig stretches it starts to get sore again. Can you shed some light on this?

Sounds totally like soreness, work through it. Perhaps the strained feeling is just a shorter ligament catching up to a longer one. Be progressive in starting up again but you should be at full force within a week or two.

Ya I started doing some stretching for the last 4 days and it's been pretty normal, today it was a little bit sore but nothing too serious. I'm gonna do some more lightish stretching for the next 4-5 days then start up again. If the pain gets intense what should I do DLD? Also, what kind of gains should I see in about 4-5 months using a length routine, an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and jelqing?

I did 2 short 5 minutes stretching sessions today and no pain whatsoever! I hope this keeps up. But putting this good news aside, could you please answer my questions that i posted above DLD? Thanks!

The soreness will most likely stick around for a while. It took me about 2 months to where I no longer felt fatigue and soreness. Work through it and be progressive in your intensity. Once you start again with you full routine you could see upwards of an inch or more after 5 months. Remember that I gained 2" in 6 months.
