I want to be 7.5" nbpel by the end of march or april and 8" nbpel by the end of october or november 2016. I'm Hoping this is a reality that i can achieve!:)

if you are 7.5 bpel now yeah i think you can get to 7.5 nbpel by the end of march...time fucking flies ....

Yea, erect stretches are intense and really seem to work things in a different way. I might have to revisit them myself for my year long cementing tilt correction deal. Everyone says 5 minutes a day should be sufficient. So like 5 minutes before jelqs and good to go for closing the bpel bpfsl gap. Sounds like a good option to me.

How long usually until you start seeing decent results with effect stretches? From now on my routine is gonna be warm up with a hot shower, 30 minutes of flaccid stretching (bundles, all angles, rotaries, btc, Mandingo stretches and a-stretches) then stay in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle jim[/words]'s wrap for about 4 hours or so then do 5 minutes of erect stretches then another 3-4 hours in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words]. Pretty much all day PE!
 
Not really sure. I'd think if I did them for a year with jelqs and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] it'd make it's mark. Bottom line is as long as you gain it's good right? It all adds up after a while. Just don't quit and you'll have good shit.

i think erect stretchings is the kind of exercise that can be done anywhere n for a long period of time.
 
So guys, I have this weird pain every now and then around the left side of my glans and don't know why. It first happened when I was stretching this morning and then it just started to hurt. I looked around my penis and there were no bruises, everything looks normal, just like it was before. Does anyone know what his could be?

Brush burn is the culprit. It will go away with 2 days. Be sure to use hydrocortisone to help eliminate this from happening.

Hey guys so here are a few picture of what I am working with so far (erect and flaccid stretched). As you can see there is still quite a difference between the two (7.6 bpel and 8.2 BPFSL) but I am determined to make the 2 closer together through erect stretches and other stretches.

What do you guys think, let me know!!

Last time I measured it was about 5" MSEG. Havnt been doing any girth exercises due to not wanting to affect my thrombosis vein anymore (can't really see it cause my thumb is covering it). I've been trying to get rid of it and it's been working but not the a great extent. There is a bit of a difference between the 2 but not that big, the pictures don't do it the best justice but I can tell the difference when I'm looking at it in the moment.

Alright!

So my routine will be hot shower with bundled stretches, 3 sets of all the newbie stretches for 30 second reps, 3 sets of 15 second Mandingo stretches, 3 sets of 30 second a stretches, 25-30 DLD blasters and 3 sets of 30 second footlong stretches and then spend 3-4 hours in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] and then for my erect stretching routine I'll do 5 minutes of erect stretching/SRT size blasters then a couple more hours in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words].

How does that sound?!

And also DLD, I was doing the foot long stretch today and during it I heard and felt a snap in my dick!!! I quickly jumped up and was like "what the fuck?!". I checked everything out and everything seemed fine but I got freaked out. Please give me feed back I want to know what it could've been thanks!

This is just like cracking your knuckles and it is nothing to worry on. Basically air gets trapped under a ligament and as you pull it away from the pubic bone it makes a cracking sound, this is only the air being released.

Not really true :) It is a good [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] that you are getting a good stretch in but big pops have never really been tied to gains.

Also, even if you don't do a length exercise before putting on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] does it still help with erect gains? Cause sometimes I put it on without doing a length routine before hand because I dont have enough time sometimes.

Not really. It's meant for holding your flaccid penis extended and getting those flaccid gains. If there is no tug on your penis, it is only for keeping your flaccid extended. You need to stretch before hand to get the full effect.
On your routine, I would hold the mandingo stretches for much longer or just remove them. The a stretches are done when doing the DLD blasters, so just remove those. Gives you more time for the other stretches. Thank you so much for the feed back my brother it really enlightened me!! So how long do you think i should be doing mandingo stretches for in each of my sessions? And yes i will make sure to try to get a short stretching session on each bathroom break!
 
Get over a minute or hold for as long as your hand can and then switch hands, twisting both ways. It's an endurance exercise, but you can get gains. Check out the "inch in a month" thread. That member got over an inch in BPFSL and I believe a half inch in erect length doing mandingo stretches and bathroom break stretches in a month. Good read.

Alright sounds good! But Santa brought me another thrombosis vein for Christmas, just great... Lol. this time it's about an inch long running up the left side of my shaft. It isn't as big as the one I have right now on the right side but I feel like it will be soon. Like the other one, I can still feel it when flaccid but usually can't see it unless I'm trurtling. I don't know how I got it, all I do is length and my routine has been the same for awhile now. it used to be a normal ass vein and now it's thrombosed! It kind of hurts sometimes too, unlike the other one. I gotta take these things more seriously and get rid of them!!!
 
How have your bundling exercises been going? If you stress the skin too much, it'll happen. I had one doing length and then straight into girth work before. It probably just happened without to much stress from the bundling. Try no bundles to see if it helps. You might have to fly heal beforehand.

I do about 3-5 minutes of 2 times rotation bundles (twirl my dick around 2 whole times). I usually only twist it to the left though and pull straight up. I'll try going without them for 2 weeks and see how that works. I used to take 400 mg of ibprofen every 4 hours and massaged it in the morning in the shower. I'm gonna start doing it more consistently and massage it more often and either do the hot/cold method or just treat it with heat throughout the day. I hope that I can lose both of them within 2 weeks-1 month. Also what is fly healing???
 
Make sure you twist both ways to pre-fatigue the whole tunica, and not just half

Well DLD, the vein has been there when erect for the last 2-3 months but it was squishy. But as of about 1 week ago it is there when flaccid as well and is harder and I feel a pain in is every now and then. What do you think?
 
Could be nothing bro just make sure its not hurting too often. If I squish any of my veins I know they can hurt that's why I leave them alone, and just watch for recurring pain which doesn't happen much at least not in the same spots
 
Read through the thrombosis vein threads. If you can continually manage the vein, you should be able to train but not as hard. If not, you might need to stop training to let the vein completely heal. There's a thread of one guy taking some medicine to break up the clotting that causes the thrombosis.

The base of my penis on the left side hurts some what often but the vein only gets a little pain every now and then, not that often at all really.
