Do you have a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words]?

Are you applying enough tension on your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words]? You should be always a bit past your erect length when strapping in. So if you are 6" erect and 6.25" flaccid stretched you will want to stretch to that 6.25 and add from there. With any [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] device tension always needs to be pushed beyond the erect length. What is your current routine?

Nope, I don't have a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] but that will more then likely be my next purchase once I get the money.

Ya I'm about 6.5 nbpel and I am extending to about 6.75, just no results yet and I've been doing it almost every day for about 3-4 hours a day for about a month and a half or so. Sometimes I even do a 2 hour [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] session at night before bed.

My current routine is in a hot shower I warm up and do 5 minutes of bundles, and then when I get out of the shower I do 2 sets of all stretches all directions for 45 seconds each, and I do 2 sets of BTC stretches to the left Center and right. After I Finish the Manual portion of my routine I do 3-4 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] at max tension (my complete flaccid stretched length). Eugene, How long has it been since you started this routine? It sounds practically perfect and you should be gaining at a steady rate. You are already putting in plenty of time so maybe it is time to switch out some exercises and maybe add some new things. I think adding in some Expressive Stretches is a good place to start. Add in 5 minutes of Expressive Stretches to your length routine. Since that FSBPL is struggling I would add in erect stretches, as many as you can take, the more the better. I would say maybe 10 minutes each day. Are you doing any girth work in this? Oh, also, do you have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] or a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words]? Hardcore Stretches are pretty powerful and may really help you break this plateau. If you do not have either a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] (or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words]) you can do the stretch manually just by gripping at the lowest point on your shaft and stretch from there.

Let me know if this helps

I have had this routine for quite some time now, so ya adding a couple things in would be a smart idea. I can't do any girth work cause I still have a stupid thrombosed vein that just won't leave!!! I have to get some blood thinners soon and try to get rid of this thing cause I would like to start doing girth work again. Any specific blood thinners I should look at?? Also, I have had this thrombosed vein for a long time now, about 5 months, it hasn't effected my erection quality so I was thinking is the vein just dead now and has that blood from that vein just found new paths??

The Thrombosis Therapy is usually all you need to clear up a vein and the only blood thinner used is baby aspirin. Treatment for Thrombosis. If you have already tried this let me know. The vein that you said you have had fro some time that is now not bothering you, is that vein still hard and wire-like? I understand the girth work for now. If you can not make the typical Thrombosis treatment work you may want to get a prescription blood thinner from your doctor. Here is an excellent article of Thrombosis and the treatment in a professional setting:

Treatment of Thrombosis
Written by: Lisa Anselmo PharmD, BCOP, Edward Libby MD
Editors: Stephan Moll, MD and Sara Critchley, MS, RN
Thrombosis is the medical term for an abnormal blood clot in an artery or vein. The body’s ability to form blood clots its natural defense against bleeding. Clots are formed through a series of chemical reactions between special blood cells (platelets) and proteins (clotting factors) in blood. The platelets and factors work together to regulate the clotting process to start and stop clotting as the body needs it. Sometimes the process does not work correctly, and a clot forms in blood vessels, blocking blood flow to the surrounding tissues. There are two main types of clots. How they effect the body depends on the type and location of the clot.
Arterial thrombosis–the clot is in an artery, usually in the heart or brain, and causes a heart attack or stroke.
Venous thrombosis–the clot is in a vein, usually one of the deep veins of the leg (deep vein thrombosis; DVT) and causes swelling and pain.
Clots can also break apart and travel to another part of the body and cause another blockage. When this occurs, it is called an embolus.
To treat blood clots and prevent the damage they cause, doctors use anticoagulants, which are commonly called blood thinners, to decrease the clotting power of the blood and prevent growth of a clot. The most common blood thinners used today are heparin, low molecular weight heparin, and warfarin.
Heparin
Heparin is a strong, fast-acting anticoagulant (blood thinner). It is usually given in the hospital by IV (a small needle inserted in a vein), but it can also be given by an injection under the skin. IV heparin works rapidly; within minutes of receiving it, most patients have excellent anticoagulation that will prevent further clotting. However, patients who get heparin must be monitored every day with a blood test to see if the correct dose is being given. The doctor will adjust the dose of heparin according to the blood test results. Because heparin levels often change in patients, the doctor must check levels frequently. The name of the blood test used to check a patient’s heparin level is the activated partial thromboplastin time (aPTT).
For patients who have a new clot, heparin is usually given with another anticoagulant, warfarin (Coumadin®). Warfarin is a pill that patients can take at home for long term anticoagulation. Because it can take 5-7 days (or longer) for the warfarin to take effect, patients will initially take both drugs. Once the warfarin is fully active, the heparin is stopped and the patient can go home from the hospital.
The advantages of heparin are its low cost and fast action (blood can be anticoagulated quickly). The disadvantages of heparin include the need for frequent blood tests to check the levels of anticoagulation and hospitalization to get an IV drug. Patients should expect to be in the hospital 5-10 days to treat a new clot.
The most serious side effect of heparin is bleeding. Other side effects include skin rash, headache, cold symptoms, and stomach upset. A less common side effect is loss of bone strength if patients are on heparin for long periods of time (usually months). This is generally only a problem for pregnant women. A rare side effect of heparin is a condition called Heparin Induced Thrombocytopenia (HIT). HIT is sometimes incorrectly called “heparin allergy”. It occurs in a small number of patients, but it has very serious symptoms including worsening of clotting and developing new clots, which can lead to stroke, heart attack, deep vein thrombosis, and death.
Low Molecular Weight Heparins
Low molecular weight heparins (LMWH) are similar to heparin but much easier to use. The drugs available in the U.S. are Dalteparin (Fragmin®), Enoxaparin (Lovenox®), and Tinzaparin (Innohep®).
Using LMWH has two advantages over heparin:
Patients can be treated at home, because LMWH is given by an injection under the skin. This eliminates or reduces the time patients need to spend in the hospital to treat their clot.
Patients generally do not need to be monitored with a blood test when they are taking LMWH.
The side effects of LMWH are very similar to heparin; however, HIT and osteoporosis are much less common. LMWH is expensive.
Warfarin
Warfarin (Coumadin®) is an anticoagulant pill that is taken by mouth. Patients are given warfarin for different reasons. Some patients may take warfarin for a few weeks; others will need to take warfarin the rest of their lives. The length of treatment depends on the reason why a patient needs anticoagulants.
Warfarin works by slowing down the process in the liver that uses vitamin K to make certain proteins (clotting factors) that cause clotting. Because it may take several days before warfarin becomes completely effective, heparin or LMWH is given until the warfarin is working.
As with patients who take heparin, patients taking warfarin need to have their blood tested to see how well the drug is working and to be monitored for safety. This blood test measures how long it takes blood to clot, and is also called a prothrombin time, protime, INR, or clotting time. Because different labs use different methods to measure clotting time, the results of the test can vary. To make sure a doctor can correctly interpret this test, the results are reported with an INR number (International Normalized Ratio) that converts all clotting times to the same number. People who are not taking warfarin have an INR around 1.0 (usually between 0.8 and 1.2). Most patients on warfarin should have an INR between 2 and 3; this is considered their therapeutic range. In some patients, a higher or lower INR range is targeted. If a patient has an INR that is below their therapeutic range, the risk of clotting is higher; if a patient has an INR above the therapeutic range, the risk of bleeding is higher. When patients first start warfarin, they may get their blood tested two or three times a week. Once patients are on a regular dose of warfarin, they may go as long as 4 weeks between blood tests.
Bleeding is the most common side effect of warfarin. Other side effects include headache, rash, hair loss, skin necrosis, purple toe syndrome, and elevated liver enzymes. Sometimes these side effects will go away over time; however, it is important to discuss any of these side effects or unusual symptoms with your healthcare provider. If the side effects do not go away, your doctor may prescribe a different blood thinner.
Points to remember about taking warfarin:

Keep your diet consistent. Many foods, especially green vegetables, have vitamin K in them.
Tell the doctor, nurse, or pharmacist who is monitoring your INR if you start a new medication. Some medications, especially antibiotics, can raise or lower your INR. Over-the-counter anti-inflammatory medications (such as aspirin or ibuprofen) may increase your risk of bleeding. You can usually take acetaminophen (Tylenol®). But if you take acetaminophen more than once a day and for longer than a week, you should tell the provider monitoring your INR.
Taking herbal medications while taking warfarin is discouraged. Many herbal medicines will interact with warfarin and change your INR. Some of these medications have anticoagulant properties and may put you at greater risk for bleeding. Many herbal products do not list all of their ingredients and may not work as advertised. If you must take an herbal medication, it is important that the provider monitoring your INR knows what you are taking.
Take warfarin at the same time every evening. The evening is the best time to take warfarin because any medication changes can be made during the day. If you miss taking a dose of your warfarin, you have 8 hours to take the medication; the dose should be skipped after 8 hours.
Limit alcohol intake. Drinking a light or moderate amount of alcohol (1-2 glasses of wine or 1-2 beers per day) usually does not influence the INR and will not increase the risk for bleeding. However, drinking a large amount can affect the way warfarin works and increase your risk for bleeding.

Already started and so far deep tissue massage is working best, just working that clot, thinning it out. Also the baby aspirin is a huge help as a blood thinner. Lots of wet heat is awesome too! 3 days in but I am already feeling hopeful as things are already feeling better.

I spend maybe 30 minutes a night while watching TV, it is already loosing and the pain is much less. Be sure to take the baby aspirin, this will aid in thinning the blood to unclog the clot. I think my deal will take about 10 days to correct. I am so happy that the theoretical therapy I came out with years ago actually works like a charm. :)

I am in about 4 days now and things are looking good, the hardness is gone but still have a bit of pain....I will give it a few more days before starting up again. I am so happy that the therapy works!

Today I did a little bit more massaging, going to go buy some baby aspirin later on tonight. The weird thing about my thrombosis vein is that there is no pain for me lol.

Hmmm, that would make it NOT a thrombosis issue. This is more than likely a new bulging vein. I have never heard of anyone with Thrombosis that did not have pain with it. Maybe you are different so use the therapy anyways, it won't hurt to try.

It is deffinately a thrombosis vein, I have other bulging veins and they are all very squishy but this one feels like a wire is under my skin and is very hard. I read in a separate thread once that someone had one like me and it didn't hurt at all. they did the therapy and after 2 weeks it was gone!

Wow, there is always someone who has to be different! :)

JK, I am happy there is no pain, I had quite a bit and still some lingering. The vein has softened quite a bit but there is still a visible presence of the Thrombosis. So funny, but I am happy I have this because now I can sympathize with these men who have had it.

Sorry I Havnt answered for a couple days DLD I've been super busy. How's the thrombosis vein coming along?!! And the last 3 days I've been working tons of hours and have had barely any time for PE. In total the last 3 days I've done about 3.5 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], 5 hours in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] and about 20 minutes of length sessions total. Pretty bad but it's what I got for now.

It is almost gone completely, still a purple color and still a bit stiff but getting better everyday. How is your Thrombosis coming along?

That's awesome DLD I'm glad to hear!! And not the greatest, I haven't really gotten the time to try to treat it but I am going to be less busy now and I am going to try to get rid of this damn thing! I am going to go to my local drugstore and get some baby aspirin, are there any tips that you can give me to get rid of this damn thing? Also, how many baby aspirins should I take a day?

Alright sweet thanks DLD, I am going to pick up a bottle of it later on tonight after work and I'll try it out. Hopefully within a month or so this thing will be gone so I can start focussing on girth again! I'm trying to get in what I can for length, I have been working 10-12 hour days the past 2 weeks so I can't do any [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] time since it is hard to move around in so what I've been doing is waking up, taking a hot shower, doing a short 10 minute length session and then hopping into the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] for 2-3 hours. This is pretty much what I used to do and it made me a small gain of about .2" in about 2 months so I'm hoping that it will still work for me! I am not going to measure until July 10th, that'll be judgement day, so mark it in your calendar!!

Alright DLD I'll only do 1 a day. Time to lose this damn thing!! Is your thrombosis vein gone now??

Also my routine was weird today but I like it!!

I started off with 1 hour in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] while I was at the gym, then I did a 15 minute length session in the shower at the gym (the showers at my gym are closed off so they are private) and then I did another hour in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words]. When I got home I hopped into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for an hour then I decided to do a quick 15 minutes of 5 pound hanging just to try it out and boy let me tell you do I ever feel the stretch even with just only 5 pounds!! Then I went back into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for another hour and now I am about to get out of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and go into the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] for another 2-3 hours! A packed day and overall one of my better length days! The only thing is hanging takes a lot of privacy which is something that I don't have a lot of these days. I am going to try to get 2-3 hanging sessions a week if I can because I just love the feeling, even if it means that I have to wake up at like 5-6am on the weekends just to get some privacy!

Tell me your thoughts on all of this!!

Yup, all but a flat purple vein which is now fading. Be patient, some people heal faster than others and my Thrombosis may be less severe than yours. Stick with the protocol and it will bring you to the cure.

Alright forsure DLD.

I really want to get to 7" nbpel while standing up by July 10th. I'm about 6.7 or so and its hard to get [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] time in. I'm always at work working 10-12 hour days and my job requires me to do a lot of running around so I can't really wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] during work and I am always busy after work so I can't usually wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] until around 8 or 9 pm. What I have been doing lately is doing my usual 15 minute length session in the morning then wearing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] for about 3-4 hours. Will this bring me decent gains? I am going to try to start wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] more often from now on as much as I can, I may start waking up 2.5 hours before my shift at work and within that 2.5 hours I will do a 15 minute length session and wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 2 hours then when I go to work I can wear the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] for another 2-4 hours. Thoughts?

I just really need the gains to start coming in soon, and I'm hoping they do start rolling in soon.

That sounds just fine, just avoid erect work until completely healed. I did not wait long enough and my T-vein reemerged. This time I will wait until it has disappeared completely before starting erect work. These fucking t-veins suck and are painful as a bitch!

The last 5 days I've been trying to get some more time in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. In total in the last 5 days, I've done about 3 hours of manual stretching, spent about 12 hours in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and spent about 15 hours in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words]. I am now starting to do some length routines at night as well since I don't have much time in the morning. I need to get to 7" nbpel by the beginning of August, this would be about a .3" gain or so. DLD, can you help me make a routine that I can do in the morning and at night that would give me good elongation?

My two cents:
Any good routine starts with a bundled stretches.
Of course don't forget to warm-up before that and warm-down after your routine.
Then a good way to exhaust the PC muscle: DLD-Blasters, Edging or (intense) kegeling during the warm-up.
After that it would be a great idea to stretch in directions that an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] (good old [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle jim[/words]) couldn't stretch - left, right, rotary, BTC.

Expressive stretches - try to grab as low on the shaft as possible during your active stretches

Erect and erect bundled stretches a few times per week 5-10 minutes each, maybe add in the full package stretches.

What's important to know - how much time do you available?

Thanks for the suggestions Munto, these are all great exercises and would make a great manual length routine!

In the morning I have about 30-45 minutes and at night (depending on the night) I have 1 hour or so to do manual work. Most nights I am busy either at the gym or with my girlfriend. At the gym I usually wear me [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] throughout the workout which is usually about 1.5 hours.

So all in all I have an alright amount of time. What do you suggest brother?

I've done this new routine a few times now and i have to say by the end of it my penis feels a lot more stretched and malleable after I finish the routine. Hoping this new routine brings me to my goals! :)

And you're just intersted in length no girth?
I would start both morning and evening with a 5min warm-up.
Followed by 5min bundled stretches - don't forget to twist in both directions equally.
5-10min DLD-Blasters to exhaust the PC-Muscles
10min [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words]-Stretches or A-to-Y Stretches
Testicle health massage and warm-down for the remaining time.

When you got more time in the evening, you could do some Edging or do your routine afer you had sex instead of DLD-Blasters.
Do some erect stretches and erect bundled a few times per week. Doing a full set of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words]-Stretches, Mandingo, BTC.
Try to grip as low as possible for expressive stretches.

I would like to do girth as well but I have a stubborn thrombosis vein that just won't go away. I've had it for a long time now, like almost a year or so! I know it's not just a regular vein because I have other veins that are squishy but this one is very hard and it doesn't go away when I am flaccid. It doesn't hurt or bother me so that's why I Havnt thought too much about it but I am going to start to try to get rid of it soon.

I do not have a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] or a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] because I do not have enough money for them. Once I get the money I think I might buy a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words], probably not an [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] though, I already get a really good stretch with just my hands and if I needed even more strength is my stretch I could use both hands or do footlong stretches.

I may invest in a [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] as well, or just make my own. that could replace my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] or at least supplement it when my head gets cold after wearing it for awhile. I have been taking the aspirins every day and have been doing about 15-20 minutes of massaging for about a week now

Is there any release at all against the hardness of the vein? Is it softening at all?

It kinda was, but then for a few days I stopped doing the treatment and it got hard again or like almost as hard. I have to be more consistent. I think if I consistantly do it for 2-3 weeks it will be gone

Yup, same here. We can't rush this! Every time I try to take a short cut the vein comes back. I am going to take two weeks off and just run the Thrombosis protocol and be done with this!

I am contemplating wether or not I should start up a new thread or not. I have been slacking on my sessions and I hate what I've become in the PE world, I've been skipping sessions, getting lazy, not doing [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work. I feel that starting a brand new thread will symbolize a brand new me! DLD, if I start a new thread can you delete this one?

Start up a fresh thread so that everything feels fresh for you as well.
