Work through it and be progressive in your intensity. Once you start again with you full routine you could see upwards of an inch or more after 5 months. Remember that I gained 2" in 6 months.
Ya I did a 10 minute session this morning and a 6 minutes session tonight and I feel some pain, so i will probably have the pain for a little while still. Ya, i am hoping to see that sort of a gain by mid july or so. Gonna start the 1" in 12 weeks routine once i get my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Ive been waiting for a good time to go pick it up its about a 45 minute drive to where i have to go and pick it up and i just haven't had the time lately but hopefully the opportunity soon.
UPDATE:
Just did a 10 minute session with all upward straight and downward angles and I was wondering can you feel ligament pain when stretching upward? Because I felt s little bit of pain when stretching straight up. Could this pain be something other then the ligs?
