I can completely relate to you I have two grandchildren, Michael who is 2 years old and Noah who just turned one. they are all over the house, non stop screaming, yelling, laughing and crying...climbing all over the furniture, leaving toys everywhere, but it is a total joy to me.

Just be creative and try to find time whenever and wherever you can. If you can't get a whole hour in go for 10 - 5 minute sessions throughout the day.
 
DLD i was thinking of doing something like that but if i were to stretch for 5 to 10 min multiple times thought the day would the stress i put on my ligs be enough to grow?

Of course. I have known many men who do stealth workouts, meaning short, multiple workouts throughout the day, and they have done very well. Every mini session adds up and gains will be made. Just be sure to use good intensity and get as many sessions in as possible.
 
Thanks for the advice dld I've been trying what you suggested the last few days looked a bit like this

530am 10 min stretch
Work 1st break 5 min
Work lunch 10min
Work last break 5 min
At home 5-10 min depending on how long I can get away
After lifting or jiu jitsu I normally do 5 min stretch then my girth work

I getting in a lot more work then what I was when I was doing it all at once

This is very bad ass. I'm digging the dedication to clandestine workouts... Looking back over your thread, I have a question for you in relation to your inability to train sometimes... Do you find yourself literally unable because of the time with the wife and kids, or is it too much of a pain in the ass to get all the equipment out and get in the shower etc? If it's the later, may I offer a twist on the 5x5x3 protocol?

Instead of doing this with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], do a 5x5x3 with sets of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] and clamping. The pump you get is pretty close to that of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] without the bullshit that comes with using your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. I have to crash at a buddies house a couple times throught the month and use this sometimes to keep myself pumped up. Let me know what you think. I'll see if I can think of other covert things you can do. Maybe we can start a guerrilla PE thread together? I love going stealth mode.

the thing is some people only have so much time and they still want to make gains so what can they do? They need to work in their workout through the whole day. 5 minutes here 10 minutes there it all adds up. And training to the whole day allows the penis to remain elongated and expanded.
 
Whats going on guys been a while. Work Wife kids school lifting weights and training jiu jitsu its been a while since ive posted. Ive trained a bit here and there not enough to gain but ive maintained my past gains for the most part. Ive normally been going a few stretches during bath rooms breaks and then a few jelqs when i wash up at the end of the day. Due to a few reasons i have to take a break from jiu jitsu for a few months so im hoping to fill that spare time up with a more dedicated routine.

So great to hear you are working on your body, it is a great investment. Now with the extra time you can start adding more size to your penis. Weight Loss + Larger Penis = Massive Penis:)

If that was working for you go right back to the routine. I have always stuck with a routine until it no longer yielded gains. If I go longer than 1 month with no gains it is time to either turn up the intensity or switch to a new routine. If it aint broke don't fix it.

That is a decent 30 minute workout. You should fare well with this but if things are slow you could always up the time or intensity.
 
Hey guy shavnt posted in a long while but ive been pretty much maintaining my gains . Still wife kids work and lifting weights i am taking a break from jiu jitsu now. I started a new job so its tough since my job take sup the time slot for morning classes and school takes the place of night classes . Ive been doing a little PE everyday maybe a little extra if i have the time but i havnt made any gains but i havnt lost any. In a perfect world id say im going to start doing a full routine but i know thats unlikley with the limited time i have

My daily has been
jelqs in the shower
strecthes during bathroom breaks
and kegals at my desk

My new job is a desk gig so im actully looking at [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words] rigth now. I had a size gentics and didnt like it but i may give it another shot

Good news on getting some solid privacy. Penis Enlargement can be such a hassle when we have little privacy. The smartest thing to do in this situation is exactly what you are doing, getting something in to keep you head in the game and you gains up until you can attack it full force!
 
Been working on making a routine I can do in about 30 min or less . I have ZERO privacy or time later in the day so I would have to wake up early. I already get up at 4 am so I'm going to try to get up at 330 am
