It is not something you do for massive gains (although I find my penis more stretchable after warming- improved blood flow), it's more of a penile health must. You're getting it ready for the routine. One thing I can tell you is if you don't have any significant gains (or none like in your case), then you have something wrong with:
-Your exercise form (don't do the exercises the right way)
-Intensity (do not apply the needed intensity for growth)

I was an idiot back then. I didn't even think about starting up slowly and incrasing intensity and time overtime..I jsut went at it with full strengh but that was because I was obsessed with the desire to gain 2 inches by June 2013...
When I found out about overtraining I significantly slowed down, and did like 5-6 minutes of BTC atleast everyday..
It's a huge challenge to stop ejaculating..I want to, but as soon as I see anything hot or sexy, sometimes even the slightest I get all excited and prepare to ejaculate...WHen I'm on my way back home on bus and I see a girl/woman watever I just wait for the moment to get home so I can let it out lmfao...One way is to ejaculate 5-6 times a day and then you suddenly feel like I'm done with it, and you can stop it for 3-4 days...That's what I did in the past planning to do it in the future.

I have to agree. I visit these forums about once every 3 days or so and it is really demotivating to see others with significant gains within a few months when you haven't seen any real progress in months. I'm on my second month and I can't say for sure if my erection size has improved at all myself. It's even more demotivating looking at all these routines because it looks like it's a minimum 2 hour investment each day of actively jelqing/warming/etc. I was willing to invest up to 20-30 minutes a day actively jelqing/using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and then any other additional time for using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] and taking it off for blood flow... but a lot of you guys really are dedicated and live by your dicks. o_o

You slow gainers are answering your own questions. You guys realize that I do twice as much as you so it only makes sense that I would gain more and gain faster. You guys shoulf not feel disappointed. If I did the same amount of pe as you and had these gains I could understand your frustration, but I simply do more. Try putting some more time into your pe efforts and maybe you will see gains like me. And I also understand the time thing I too struggle with time management but I get around it. You have to make this work for you there are no excuses. Put the time, effort, and positive thinking into your pe and GROW THAT DICK!

Sorry but, I consider myself still a newbie and if I tried to pull off what you did I'd probably injure myself. I just finished my daily stretching and Jelqing routine (Bathmate included) and it was a little over an hour. These routines occur in the shower for a "heat source" to warm my dick. Most of that time I am basically stretching, I want to increase the number of jelqs but I have been having erection problems a month after Penis Enlargement. lenz- No one here is rude. The bad thing about writing is that intonation is sometimes misunderstood. I don't know what routine you use but these three are the reasons why you are not gaining:
1- Not using proper routine (maybe you need to add an exercise or make it longer/shorter, or completely change). As long as you have a routine like DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] (concentrated on angles, which is very good) and apply the information from the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] theory with devices, I assume that is not the reason for your gains.
2- Not using proper form of exercise (if you are unsure of what the proper form is, ask, search and you will find it)

I appreciate you trying to help and you definitely seem to know what your talking about but I think he came to this thread for advice from me if you do not mind could you allow me to respond to any questions first and then you can comment because I am trying to get better at giving out advice on here. These long replies from you are basics that pe guys should know this is not a basic or newbie thread so I would like to keep that information where it belongs. But again thank you for trying to help and if you could comply with my request I would really appreciate it.
