Going to start by saying Penis Enlargement is legit it can it does and it will work. I have gained an inch in length and a quarter inch in girth since starting in December which kind of surprises me since i focused on girth. March was a rough Penis Enlargement month for me my consistency dropped tremendously due to time and privacy issues. I didn't even measure April 1st because I doubted that I gained anything. I used April as a rebound month still not as consistent but I picked up the intensity with my sessions. I also used April as a trial and error month so that I could build a new routine and add clamping and stretching.

Today was my first POWER day using my new routine. Overall a good pe day, only a few bumps in the road.

CONS
Woke up two hours late which affected my pe timeline I had to skip my third session because I did not have time to do two SHJ's today. I may hold off from pumping until I get a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]x40[/words] or [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words].

PROS
My EQ was pretty much 110% throughout my girth sessions. I underestimated the 1000 flaccid jelqs they were pretty intense I almost gave up on the first set but I worked through it was very proud of my self. My confidence made the second set of 1000 jelqs much easier.

Some other random notes:
10min of stretching feels like 10 seconds. The time seems to fly by. Does anyone stretch longer than 10min?
Last week I stopped taking horny goat weed to see if it really makes a difference. This week I began taking it and there is definitely a difference in my flaccid hang and my vascularity. I love how veiny my dick looks while jelqing. Looking forward to another POWER day.
 
Today i got a nice surprise when i went to the bathroom at work. Pulled down my pants and found my dick hanging longer and fuller than it ever has EVER! Im guessing the stretching and clamping that i added to my pe efforts is starting to pay off. I have a theory as to why it may have increased dramatically after only 7 days of using this new routine. I do girth first then my length sessions follow later (most people do it the other way around i think) So by the time i get to my length session i still have a pumped flaccid from my girth sessions. Stretching this already expanded penis may be why my flaccid has dramatically increased in only a week. Once again just a theory but it only makes sense to me. My hang has just been so great recently. I can not remember the last time i turtled up!

Yes the 1000 flaccid jelqs were very tough to get through. And when it comes to fatigue I really think the amount of heat I use neutralizes it. I feel fatigue but never over trained.

Yes indeed! A good girth workout or after a release of orgasm there is a perfect time to take advantage of the fatigue and get some stretching in. I think what is first important for men to understand is what fatigue is and how exactly is does benefit you. Fatigue can best be seen after having and orgasm but this state is also reachable in other ways. After a big girth routine, for some men, there is a state of refraction or a time period where the Pelvic Floor Muscles (these muscles span from the abdomen to the anus) become too tired to achieve good erection quality. This state of fatigue was first used with understanding and intent with DLD Blasters, these utilize a sequence of Kegels and Reverse Kegels to achieve a state of "pre-exaust" or creating fatigue through training to failure. This state was thought on and created through my understandings of penis enlargement surgery and why the suspensory ligament is clipped to achieve an increase in length. The reason I was so passionate in finding this was because I learned that after the surgery was done there was no gains made, they sent the patient home with an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words], Weights, Pumps and in some cases, exercises. My question and curiosities were on the fact that gains were made only after the ligs were cut and the force was applied. I realized that this state could be mimicked by burning out the Pelvic Floor Muscles. After my muscle could no longer respond or were too weak to resist the force the ligaments could easily be stretched.

This is even more important to why Blasters have landed in many men's routines, when I discovered that the Reverse Kegel could imitate the fatigue through a total un-flex of the muscles I realized, and many other men, that simply doing a Reverse Kegel allows for access to stretching the penis with little to no resistance. DLD Blaster, which are an exercise that uses several movements to do, mainly getting into an A-Stretch, learning how to pre-exaust the muscles, learning the sequence of Kegels to Reverse Kegels and understanding the A-Stretch, it's pivot point and how this all works in concert to bring very quick length gains. With that said, Blasters DO NOT need to be done as DLD Blasters, they can be done in any stretch to achieve the most opportune state to get the most effective stretching in.
 
That got me a little confused. I know the info is FRIGGIN AWESOME, I want my PC exhausted be it from a girth routine, a lot of kegels or both. But if I decide to do length in the morning after waking up I cannot use this (my PC has regenerated), thus it will not be the best length time. What do you think is best to do in this case. Split the routine or continue doing girth and length after that. Girth is more of a priority to me for now. What would your advice be, DLD?

Girth was more of a priority to me as well so my first four months of pe all i did was girth work. I just began to add stretching to my routines.
 
pendulum, was warming up and down the trick to your crazy gains? If no what exactly got you an inch in less than 6 months? I been Penis Enlargementing crazy for 3 months since December 1 and didn't gain SHIT! Then I slowed down but still kept going and didn't gain shit...Only thing I don't did was warming up/down and jelq
