Hi all,

I'm starting this thread for myself to document my effort and progress in a public way to keep myself accountable and motivated.

I discovered Penis Enlargement a while back, but haven't gotten really serious about making it an everyday activity till just recently.

My current measurements are 6"(BP) x 4.5"(base). My short term goal is 6.5" by 5-5.5". I have no idea what my long term goal is yet, I'm just interested in the journey of getting bigger!

I've seen people say that anyone person with enough time and dedication can achieve length and girth goals of 2 inches. So I decided to set a long-term goal for myself of 8x6!

My recent workouts have been more intense than I have ever done, so I had to take a couple of days off to rest. I got back into it with manual stretches yesterday and ~800 wet jelqs today. Also my jelqing sessions usually end with masturbating so I am throwing in some edging and Supra slammers (holy shit these are hard). Right now I can only muster up the willpower to edge once, by the 2nd time it's just like FUUUUUU...*splat*

Also, I measured today, and am excited to report some progress! I clocked in at 6.25 length and a base girth of 4.75. My first base girth measurement was 5 and I was ecstatic, but I think that was because of some extra skin there. My midshaft and behind-the-glans girths also went up to 4.375 from 4.25, so that's good too. I really want more girth.

Instead of posting daily routines which would clutter up the thread I think I will post them weekly with a day-to-day breakdown of what I did that week.

Also, I recently switched to Vaseline for lubricant, and I have to say it is leagues above what I was using before. Just a little Vaseline can last for my whole workout, whereas with the previous one (Aveeno) I had to keep re-applying every 50-100 jelqs.

I'm excited to keep continuing this routine every day. Doing it every day is key for me to build a habit. Earlier I was trying to do both stretches and jelqs in 1 workout every other day, but splitting it up this way has done wonders for my consistency.
 
Quick update. Been continuing with every day routine, have only missed a couple of days so far. Measuring again soon!

Hi guys,

I eased up the past couple of weeks because of work - but that's not an excuse as I believe a man can make time for anything in his life that he is committed to.

With that in mind, I was able to work out twice this past week:
Thursday - manual stretches (down, front, up, btc) w/ 1 min hold on each position
Sunday - 30m wet jelq, 2 edge/supra slammer <-- NEED MORE WILLPOWER!

Been trying to kegel nonstop.

Shit, forgot to measure again today, will do tomorrow RAWR

Too right man. Last week again only 1 day of Penis Enlargement (Monday).

I did manual stretches (down, front, up, btc). I discovered a GREAT btc stretch where once I get my penis locked down between my legs, I start leaning back with my torso and it feels like my ligs are about to pop! Was very intense and am looking forward to doing more this week.

Yay, I'm back on the wagon! Been doing Penis Enlargement every day for almost a week now, today not included (going to do some manual stretches later tonight). I'll post daily routines in a bit.

I measured again today, and I seem to have made some slight gains! In particular, my base girth has increased to 5 inches or maybe even a little more!!! This is really cool. The girths for midshaft and glans just before the head have stayed the same though. Is there any reason why this might be happening? I want to increase those as well so that everything stays consistent.

Also I was a bit disappointed at no length gain as I have really been pushing it on the stretches. I'm patient though, I'll keep going at it every day and measuring every week for 2-3 more weeks before I give it up and decide to go on to more advanced exercises.
 
It sounds like you are on the right track. Keep consistent and stay on that horse. Consistent days strung together turn into gains.

I'm reading a book on male multiple orgasm and its advice on PC exercises has led me to develop this daily kegel routine:
- 100 1-2 sec squeezes
- 50 5 sec squeezes
- 10 30 sec squeezes

I'm going to try doing that every day and see what happens, as well as add PC exercise to my record keeping!
 
Some general updates then day-by-day logs below.

I've been trying to get more intense in the workouts. I added DLD blasters and plyometric stretches for length, and my enhanced kegel workout has made girth exercises much more intense. I feel like I have much more control over the pump I get, and I'm better able to do Supra Slammers (I can get to 3 now before I explode on the 4th one). I've also started warming down with a hot shower, which feels excellent especially after a girth workout.

I measured today, and I got the following:

Length(NBP/BP): 5.5/6
Girth(Base/Mid/Glans): 5/4.5/4.5.

So I've gained 0.25 inches of girth! I'm getting a bit frustrated at not gaining length, in fact it seems like I went down about a quarter inch even though I feel a really good stretch anytime I do the manual stretches or DLD blasters. I'm not sure what to do. I'll keep at this routine for some more time, and then maybe incorporate some other stuff to see if it has a better effect. Any ideas?

Took a couple of days off to rest.

Today got back into it:
- 250 1-sec kegels
- 30 min wet jelqing. I did ~15 min not so intense and then 15 min REALLY intense -- good adult entertainment, highly sexual, nearly erect and lots of pressure. felt great pump from it
- 3 supra slammers. these are so awesome, i can see my dick get bigger as i do them.

i'm sticking with the same girth routine since it's been working well recently. i do want to try some slow squash jelqs though, those look fun and super effective
 
Stay focused Cig, keep it up do not, I repeat, do not just give up. Have you been checking your bone pressed flaccid stretch length(bpfsl)? I'm on my second month now and when I first started I noticed some gains on my flaccid as well as my girth and I started noticing bpfsl. I soon gained 1 inch is bpfsl but had no gains in my bone pressed erect length(bpel). I just continued on and all of a sudden I had a growth spurt of one half inch in bpel. I now know that there is no stopping for me no matter what. Good luck!
 
Thanks all2real, I think those are words I need to hear. I really enjoy my girth routine compared to length routine. Here's what I did today:

150 1-sec kegels (really needs to be more)
downward stretches and cranks, outward stretches and cranks, btc stretches (i'd do cranks but i have no idea how they would work)
40 dld blasters

The thing that's frustrating me about manual exercises for length is that a lot of the time I can't get enough [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] or force with my hands to really feel it. I've tried using some talc powder, but since it's summer my palms get just a little sweaty and I lose my grip strength. Cranks and BTC stretches seem to give me the best pull on the ligs. I think I like DLD blasters a lot, it feels more targeted at the tunica (that's where I feel the stretch).

I'll try harder next time, this time I distracted myself by watching the simpsons (their new shit is really really good). Length exercises are pretty boring compared to the girth ones :P BUT THAT'S BULLSHIT IF I WANT A LONGER Penis EnlargementNIS, gotta stay focused.

Regarding BPFSL, I'm confused about where to put the ruler when measuring it. This guide (http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?1758-How-to-Measure...A-Quick-Guide) says to place it "at the public bone on the side of the penis". If I do this it's about 6.8 inches, but I think placing the ruler on the side adds about a half inch as when I go from the top while doing flaccid stretch it's only 6.3. Is there a picture guide or something that shows where exactly to place the ruler?

The Simpsons? Cig, personally I like doing my routines in a closed room, very silent or very very low music, and very concentrated on my work without any distractions. I believe it is the right way for me.

Do your length first thing when you wake up, you will barely notice your doing it and you can get it out of the way first thing. For me length was always mundane and boring but it does not take much brain power so doing it while I was tired never mattered much. I love doing girth when I am wide awake and able to get in a sexual mood, usually at night. This separation really helps my focus.

It really helps to do it first thing in the morning as there really needs to be little concentration doing length opposed to girth that requires a pretty complex thought pattern.
 
Quick update on last night's girth routine:

250 1-sec, 40 5-sec kegels
45 min wet jelqing (10 min low intensity and around 60% erect, rest of the time much higher intensity and around 80+% erect)
8 ulis w/ 30-sec holds
2 supra slammers

Discovering what a uli is was a great thing for me, I didn't believe they would work at first but after trying it WOW they give an amazing expansion (I measured at least 0.25" expansion just behind the glans). Really glad to be able to add them to the routine. Supra slammers are still the best because you get all that natural expansion that comes from edging, but I can't consistently get to do a lot of them, so adding in ulis is great.

I think the pain is from an ingrown hair :( I've never had one before but there's a couple of small bumps that look like pictures I looked up, and this pain started after I shaved the area a little while back and the hair started growing back. I'll do more research and maybe see a doctor if I can't figure it out. For now, the pain is not so bad that I can't keep up my workouts, it's just highly uncomfortable.

I am not sure, I do see a different colored patch of skin (reddish, compared to very dark brown which is natural color) which is in the location where the hair was. I guess you could say it looks a bit like scar tissue, but I do not know if it is permanent or not.

Today I had one of the best length workouts I've had in a long time. I didn't have time to get to the more advanced stuff that I've been experimenting with recently, like DLD blasters or "Mandingo Stretches", just did the basic manual stretches and cranks. But, I was a lot more focused and less distracted. I also found ways to put way more pressure during the stretches, by using both hands for more force, as well as trying to turn my body away from the stretch so that it's pulling from both directions.

- down, out, up, and btc stretches
- down, out, and up cranks

Posting my routine from 2 nights ago, last night and tonight have gone on a hectic business trip, I was supposed to Penis Enlargement tonight but am too tired but do anything but promise myself to Penis Enlargement morning and night tomorrow and just go to bed. I am like you, if I take days off they end up becoming weeks and months. Set up the time and DO IT, just like taking a shower, brushing your teeth, etc. and once it is habitual it will be easy!

Didn't post in a while, hence the monster post above this one! I haven't worked out as often as I'd like in the past 4 weeks, but on average I've Penis Enlargement'd at least 4 days a week. I'd like to get that closer to 7 now that work pressure is less.

My girth workouts have involved some light jelqing as warmup, then doing as many ULIs as I can before my dick and hands get tired. I came up with a variation/cross between Ulis and supra slammers that I call "Uli slammers", where after holding the ULI I jelq to the glans with the same tourniquet grip and kegel nonstop, just like in a supra slammer. It works great!

One issue I have with girth workouts is staying turned on or horny enough to keep up in a strenuous workout. I ordered some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Titan[/words] pills which hopefully will improve this.

I'm also thinking about buying a dildo that represents the size I want to be, and looking at it to motivate myself. We'll see.

Overall, I'm happy with my options for length. I have a hanger, the usual stretches feel good and DLD blasters are really good. My flaccid length is definitely improving. I also read the thread on "expressive stretching" and now I'll try to see if I can target the inner penis for stretches using some of those techniques. I might pick up a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] to help with this, and maybe a Bib hanger since mine's kinda crappy lol.

For girth, I think I might need to change things up. I'm not sure if my current routine is really providing a good deal of expansion anymore. It definitely gives some expansion, but maybe I could add some exercises in there like SSJs or some isolated compression squeezes. I'll experiment and find out. Is pumping a good solution for this, like is it guaranteed to give expansion every workout, even after making some gains already?

I had a great girth workout recently and I think it's because I did a couple of things differently:

- Don't time myself on ULIs or have a number to reach. Just hold it until either my hand is getting fatigued, or my erection starts dropping. Then immediately start trying to get hard again and repeat the cycle.
- Don't wait for a 100% rock hard erection before doing the tourniquet grip, this is hard to achieve on command. Instead get a decent erection and then grip with more force on the top and sides (where the veins are). This still allows more blood to come in through the artery which I believe is on the bottom. Keep kegeling until the pressure is up, then apply the full really hard tourniquet grip around the bottom too, and the pressure is amazing!
- I added some horse squeezes and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] stuff for variety, and I think they worked wonders!

Good PIs after the workout:
- Definite soreness in dick, like it had really been worked out (had been missing in girth workouts for a while)
- Had sex later and my erections was SUPenis EnlargementR HARD, like it was about to burst from the insidex
