From what I understand the pump chamber is filled with water and as you push the chamber towards the base of you dick the water is expelled out creating a vacuum and because there is water in the chamber you dont have any negative side effects like ordianry air vacuums such as blistering swelling donut head .I could see where chamber expansion could happen with this unit but I never tried it. I think it would be better than regular air vacs but safety is always a concern with these contraptions keep posting and let us know about results with it

That Korean stuff is either another clone or perhaps Korea make them for [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for the Asian market as in Thailand they have offices.
