well guys I am at 6.5 as we speak. If you're wearing one that's extremely tight then yes you could have that problem. Ill advise against that bro. Two different purposes there.

The cockring is for wearing for the hours after girth, to hold your penis plumped up expanded tissues to heal expanded. So after girth routine.

That's what made me think that sleeping with a ring on is a bad idea! But there are so many people I have read doing it that it got me thinking whether it's good or not.
 
Zamb, I only do it overnight with a thin or medium flexible cockring.
