PC Routine
PC Squeeze - 25x Warmup
PC Squeeze - My abs started to tense up at around 1:25 seconds. Total Hold: 2:06 seconds.
PC Squeeze - Squeeze for 20sec. 8x with 10sec break.
^These will increase in duration of squeeze while maintaining the same amount of rest, as the weeks progress.
PC Squeeze - 25x Cooldown
Comment: This was relatively easy. I'll start to increase the total hold in the 2nd PC Squeeze and I'll experiment with higher intensity for the 3rd PC Sqeeze.
I believe it was yesterday, my penis was very tightly contracted in my flaccid state. I only experience that when my PC Muscle is recovered, which would explain why today's Workout was easy.
