NEW PC Workout Version 1.2
PC Squeeze - 20 squeezes as fast as possible. - 25x
PC Squeeze - Alternate between a Short Squeeze and a 2 second Hold - 250 squeezes
PC Squeeze - Hold for as long as possible in the strongest squeeze. Once the squeeze weakens, then stop. - 5x
PC Squeeze - 10 squeezes as fast as possible. - 25x
I think version 1.0 was better, so far...
