The hanging is pretty standard stuff, but chem pe is something that is not for everyone. all things to consider, when you feel out of options. Some say that pge 1 induced erection for 3-4 hours is the best girth exercise. I'm sad to say I've still not been able to gain even one millimeter.

Maybe it is the intensity level not being high enough. What is your exact routine right now, let us look at that and see where we can make changes to get you gaining. No Brother should go without gains especially for how long you have been at this. There has to be a logical explanation and I am sure we can find it.
 
Have you not gained both girth and length, or is it just length that you have no gained?

You have to describe your routine exactly so we can be able to tell what the issue is. Don't worry, there is always a solution to these issues.

Thank you. I really really want PE to work. Badly.

I'm not aiming for some moster sized dick to fulfil size any queens dreams. Just wish for a few centimeters more. I figure I would be able to perform better and increase the number of possible positions when having threesomes and DPs - which I am very fond of.

I have not made any permanent gains. I'd wish for both length and girth - length actually being the most important to me because of reasons mentioned above.

I hear you about the blisters but have you tried to water pump for a shorter period of time? For most of us here we practice the 5x5x3 routine where we pump for 5 minutes followed by jelqing for 5 minutes and then repeat this 3 times. This seems to bring the fastest gains with the most minimal negative issues like water retention and blisters. At about 5 minutes the penis starts to take on fluid so the jelqing counters that allowing for further expansion while eliminating the source of blisters and swelling. Also, are you doing any length work or do you not want more length? The exercises you are doing now go mainly to girth and this is why I ask.

Yes I have. But I'd have to purchase a new pump or some spare part for it to work for me with water again. When going up in suction force, using water instead of air, my original [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] cuts into my skin and hurts due to its sharp edges at the base. The foam at the bottom has come loose and I haven't successfully replaced it with another soft part.

I got tired of getting hurt and started pumping with air for longer periods than the 5,5,3 with about the same results - or as I thought. In case of ordering a new one, which one do you recommend to fit me the best, both due to my existing size and my gains problems?

Have you considered just trying the newbie stretches, they have brought great gains to many guys. How long did you use you [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] for before you stopped using it? If you can think of a way to wear it with enough intensity and incorporate the stretches in with it you should see some nice length gains.
