30 minutes seems too long and the fluid retention is a sign of this. I would at least break up your session in half to combat retention and add to tissue expansion. Doing something more like 15 minutes [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] then 15 minutes SlowSquashJelqs (or any jelq you are comfortable with) If retention still persists I would break it down even smaller to 5 minutes in the pump and 5 minutes jelqing and repeat as many times as you like.
I don't normally go longer than 20 min and my expansion is decent. It's just fun to go nuts with pumping once in a blue moon lol. I busted out 3" wide tube at that point was pretty cool seeing it that fat and bloated....
