Maybe RED can help me with this since he has a lot of experience with girth but one thing ive noticed recently, and im not sure if its due to girth or length work, is that somedays the muscles near the base of my penis seem to be spasming. Its not painful, but its like a twitch that seems to go on throughout the entire day if I did PE the night before. Usually I just take the day off and don't do any girth work.

Sounds like some simple ligament reaction to what you’re doing. It could also be the pelvic floor muscles reacting to the higher load of work.
 
Well I'm working with the same load that I did in the past on the lg hanger, 20lb, which I can do pretty comfortably. I don't know if the coupling of the LG Hanger with girth work afterwords is pretty too much strain on the muscles in that region.

After a certain point of length gains I think the muscles also begin to get pulled and not just the ligaments. This may also be an explanation. Its nothing painful so I'm not worried about it. I'll just keep an eye on it.
 
I dont remember this sensation myself, but that doesn't mean its bad. From what you describe, nothing untoward is happening down there. A sign of growth, with positive change.

At some point there’s going to be too much for fatigue that it would probably be a bad idea to go forward with any more work but that would highly dependent on each person and what they can handle. In my case I can a stretch all day long with no problems at all but that might not be somebody else’s case.
 
I notice what I'd call fatigue whenever my erections just arn't as hard and thick as they usually are. Its usually after a day or two of girth work(everyday has some length work).
 
I'm around the 8.3 to 8.5 inches bone press length now but the last time I had sex, I was 8 inches. Honestly, I need to fuck at least 10 girls with this new penis to enable me make the right decision length wise.

I'm still going to train length until 1st of December though.
 
I think 8.5 bone pressed is plenty length wise. If you're lean enough, the small fat pad(0.5 inch) you have doesn't really make a difference in insertable length so you basically have your full bone pressed length to use. Girth makes a huge difference in how big a dick looks from my experience after seeing how much bigger I look when wearing the silicon sleeves.

I measured my clamped midgirth today which is the thickest point and I was 6.5 inches around which is pretty good. I don't know what my unclamped is but its probably close to 6.
 
My unclamped girth at the same point is 5.8 which is an improvement from before when it was 5.5 before I started clamping.
 
Training girth definitely feels different than training length because I notice if I do too much girth work my erection quality goes down and I need to take a day or two off. I don't usually have that problem with length.
