I have had good gains in the last 4 months. I stretch everyday or nearly everyday and use the Bathmate and an extender about 2 hours a day. I think by the 6 month mark, I will have gained an inch bone pressed. I have gained 3/4 of an inch in bone pressed at the 4 month mark. I am very diligent and very very precise on my measurements as well. I just think it takes a lot of diligence and you must do the exercises correctly. I see a lot of guys with 8 posts that dont have any gains but my guess is they dont know what they are doing or are not being constant with it. I think intensity is a lot of it. You have to really pull on your stuff to get movement, a little stretch isnt gonna get it out. Good luck
 
I'm ready to Penis Enlargement my whole life. I see it more like bodybuilding or other sport. It's fascinating and it's fun to do. I don't treat it as something to tick off from to-do list.

First and foremost you need to take a proper measurement, it will be impossible to chart gains without a base reading.

During my first 6 months I did the Newbie Routine. I usually dedicated about 2 hours per day to my routine. I would do it twice a day, once AM and once PM. I also stretched every time I went to the bathroom for a couple minutes.
 
I see. Well, I am a fond believer in oral sex, so girthwise, 6 would be my top for now, seing as I originally started with 5.4, I think.

The measurements I took last year before starting to do Penis Enlargementing, were 6.7 / 5.4. length/girth, and now they're in the 7/5.5.
My goal is 8x6, a 6 month timetable should do it. Leghtwise, I don't know which is the best one, but I gotta say, I love jelqing more than stretching, which is why I jelq intensily. Just finished a session now, took around 35 mins with 3 min warming up and down, with a wet hot towel.

Good, you have some solid measurements so you can see your gains now. Jelqing is great for girth but only minimally effective in length. If you do not like to stretch maybe you should look into a SizeGenetics Extender, it does the stretching for you:)

Plus, being in Europe, Romania, actually, I might have to pay a sizeable shipping cost :(
Don't like stretching because I can never quite grab the head and pull as much as I`d like, my hands either slip or I get some stings which cause me to release from the pull, thus rendering that stretch irrelevant.

Would I have to wear this all the time, or is it just like a third hand thingy, and I just have to pull ? :D
 
Oh, and by the way, I am looking into getting a nice ab, I gained weight, mainly in the belly area, and that also affects size, and looks, being a 6.3 dude with a belly ain`t cool at all. Oh, and appart from the belly, I`m pretty thin... so I need to focus on the belly area. It's still part of the Penis Enlargement and seing as you have tons of experience in both, I could use any input.

Shipping costs to your area are not as bad as you think, SizeGenetics is sold worldwide. Most wear it for 2-3 hours a day under their clothes. Once it is set up it will stretch you without any effort on your part.

I'm considering this, but damn, still a tad steep for an inch growth. For the time being I`m going to keep at the hands on approach, give it 1-2 months, and if no improvements show, I might get myself an Xmas gift hehe.

Be sure to get your manual stretching in though, especially if you want to make length gains.
 
Well, I think I know where the flaw in my ways resides.

After warmup, I just wipe and start stretching, no baby powder used. Heard it does wonders for grip. What about some sorts of rope, like I`m hanging my head (as in strangling?) or is that too dangerous?
I`m looking into a good initiation before going for the more serious stuff. Soooo, any ideas of ways to improve stretching efficiency ?
My main problem, as I said, is the slipping part. The blood leaves the head, become soft and slides out of my palm :(

Baby-powder and forearm exercises have always done the trick for me.
 
I have been doing it probably going on four years now.

My first year and a half was a 1.5" length gain and a little girth. Lately I am getting more girth.

I have been doing work outs all year long and didn't notice much change. Then I stopped recently and this morning during my Morning wood measure I noticed an extra 1/16 to 1/8" on length putting me well over 8". I don't really know if I need much more, but I just keep playing around with Penis Enlargement because it's fun to see what will happen over the long run.

Everyone gains differently, but I think a lot of it has to do with technique. None of us have a trainer who can come over and tell us if our grip is wrong or if the routine is too weak. You have to go it alone and keep experimenting to see what works best for you.

Lately I have been worried about loss of sensitivity, so I am taking a break.
 
It is best, from the get go, to accept that penis enlargement will be part of your daily routine for life, and why not? Penis Enlargement is not only about gains, it is also about keeping things in healthy working order down there. I think making Penis Enlargement a part of your daily life will take the pressure off of having to make gains in a confined time schedule. Once the stress of having to gain in a set time is eliminated the gains come with more ease.

use baby powder. i also use a little ~4"X4" square of cotton cloth i cover the glans with before gripping- this helps reduce chafing and gives me a bit more grip. it's all about experimenting and finding what works best for you. take mental notes each time you stretch, like:
- how does the grip feel?
- how are your fingers positioned?
- what position is your hand in relative to your body/ penis?

also remember our bodies are all different- my hands and fingers are shaped different than yours and are different sizes/lengths etc. so what might work for me might not give you the best grip or stretch. learn to get in tune with your body, take physical notes(on paper), MAKE IT HAPP'N CAP'N! cheers
