HI GUYS!

Very short: In February I moved to another city in order to study engineering. The first two months was my workout when I had time (inconsistent), after which I decided to take a break until I got more time.
As from end-February to end of March I was bad to keep my workout and have so far had a total break of 3 months.

Experience: 2years
Gains: 1inch BPenis EnlargementL and very little in girth.

- Lost from break: lost some BPFL, BPenis EnlargementL is still around 7 and fewer “good days.
- The last year of training my gains has been close to nothing, except from I increased 0,2 inches in BPFSL right before I moved and took a break – quiet alone time without gaining.

Now is the time to start up again, and I will do in the best possible way.

I consider using the DLD's Phases from 1 and up, and the more I become accustomed/conditioned then bring something extending into my routine.

I would really like to hear your experiences and have some advice along the way in order to create a really good start.

Thanks...

Well, it sounds like you have experience and you have made good gains in the past, this is priceless in Penis Enlargement as belief is the biggest hurdle. You already know that Penis Enlargement works so your restart will happen with full confidence in this area. What are your goals this time around?

My goal is to reach 8x6 and so far I measure 7x5 (sometimes 5,2) and my plan is to be more focused on girth, since it is my weak point, where I have had problems with to enlarge – close to nothing. Before my break I counted 300 hours in my extender and increased my BPSL with around 0.2, so the Extender will certainly work the tunica.

Regarding to the training, my plan is to start with DLD's phase 1 and after 25 training sessions switch to a spilt program where I spillt length and girth training to hopefully optimize and be more focused.

The reason why I post and doubt is that I have trained in a little over a year without having any gains. The last years I have been very consistent and trained incredibly wise and tried a lot of techniques while I keep a red thread in my workouts. I have tested a lot of advice and knowledge and done well and should had gained, but has absolutely nothing seen.

My doubt is whether it is the best way to do it from now on, and if so, how should I build my workout up with regard to the girth and lenght – need something new.

You are so close to your goal that I can taste it:) I think your plan of attack is smart but I would not put a time limit on the routine, try to get every bit you can out of the routine before moving on. As you stated, the SizeGenetcis is incredible with Tunica stretching but it is also smart to get some good, heavy manual ligament stretching. To really top things off I suggest getting some Expressive Stretching in too. This is found in my newest workout called SRT. Read through the thread keeping in mind that the routine itself is more than likely the most hardcore routine around but you can still take some tips from much of the article. Things like healing in an extended position, using ADS's for cementing, how to hold a pump longer, and much more. In your case look at the Expressive Stretching portion to find one of the methods of ES that will work for you.

I know this seems like a lot of work but it really isn't, it is basically changing some things that will get you gaining. Have a look through, digest it a bit and I would love to hear back from you.

Thanks for the good feedback, Mike. I am glad that I bought SG Extender from your signature and thus supports you work!

I can see what you mean by not putting a time period on a routine, but instead try to do each stretch and stroke more intense and only change when I feel I don't get more out of the particular routine.

I have read the SRT and about Expressive Stretches and Internal/inner penis, and it has given me ideas for thought – great articles!

I can clearly see where you inspire my thoughts towards. The idea of hitting the three areas; ligaments, tunica and internal penis with various methods to stress all aspects and force increase in all areas. Putting alot effort into working the inner penis for some hitten gains instead og focusing only on tunica and ligament work, is a great idear.

My limitation has always been the tunica and that I have a low LOT. Therefore has my focus almost always been directed against the outer part of the penis (tunica) and have not put a lot of work in the inner part.

My original plan was to start with phase 1 and after the first phase, then combining phase 1 and 2 in a spilt program and gradually increase with more advanced exercises, such as Clamping, Expressive stretches and other more intense exercises.:
PHASE 1 (1.Split – Lenght)

5 Min Warm Up
3 sets of basic stretching including 4way and rotary stretches
(30sec and 25cranks)
1 Set PC Muscle Fitness
100 quick 1 second kegels
50 5 second holds with a slower 2 second release
1 long 1 minute+ hold for as long and as tight as you can.
50 DLD Blasters
A Testicle Health Massage
5 Min Warm-Down

PHASE 2 (2. Split Girth)

5 Min Warm-Up
100 Warm-Up Stretches
100 Double Forced Jelq and Bends Supersetted with
30 Sec Isolated Compression Squeezes (7 Sets)
1 Set PC Muscle Fitness
100 quick 1 second kegels
50 5 second holds with a slower 2 second release
1 long 1 minute+ hold for as long and as tight as you can.
5 Min Testicle Health Massage

Mike, do you see another approach/option? With SRT and the internale part in mind do I choose my approach incorrect?
- I would like to hear your views on how I could build me a good routine/exercises, or how you would build a progression/approach.

Thanks for posting that. With a low lot I would suggest skipping the upper angle stretches and focus more on downward stretching and behind the cheeks stretching, this will benefit your ligaments much more than using higher angles. I think your plan with Phase 1 makes good sense but I suggest after your bootcamp in Phase 1 you jump right into the SRT workout. There is no reason to wait as long as you are conditioned. I would wait until you have exhausted all the gains in Phase 1 before your switch. I would start applying some of the theories in SRT while on Phase 1 like Uncle Jim's Wrap after length and a cock ring after girth, this will help you benefit more from the Phase 1 training by healing in a larger state.

I will certainly use parts of SRT the longer I come forth in progression!

I like the idaer of healing in a lager state. I tryed the Uncle Jim Method once, but I think it was called traction wrapping. The Uncle Jim, BTC and the Extender for lenght and clamp for girth as described in SRT is a really great thing.

Low angle stretches??
According to the LOT theory at person with at Low LOT will benefit most from high angle streching. The reason for that is with a low LOT means that your ligaments are loose and it is you tunica which is limiting ones gains.

No so. Ligs can be too long for some stretches but once you are stretching beyond this point, as in Behind the Cheeks, you ligaments will be effected unless they are so long that the angle is not enough. Upward stretches will focus more on Tunica gains when the logs are too long. With that said, I have never met anyone who maxed out their ligaments to the point that BTC do not work. When stretching it is best to hit every angle.

It is also important to know that when your Tunica stretches, your LOT will change, the more your lengthen the Tunica the tighter the ligaments become.
