Hey guys, long time lurker around these forums. I'm having some problems with the bathmate, any help is greatly appreciated. Some details are that I have the bathmate extremex40 and I've been doing PE for about 8 months consistently with maybe an eigth of an inch in length. Also, not the first time I did PE. I tried two years back and did the jp90 routine over at pegym for 7 months with no results. Also, I'm uncircumsized.

1) i can't seem to do stretches in the bathmate to the left or right, I always loose suction. Could this be because I'm a short statured person? Only 5'5. And the pump is quite large? I can only stretch straight out without loosing suction.

2) I've been getting no temporary gains with the bathmate after 3 weeks, does it take long term use to experience the temporary gains?

3) I got a ring of fluid build up right under my glans almost, is this normal or am I overdoing it? Or is this because I pulled my foreskin down? I'm only using it for 2 sets of 3 mins since I'm a bathmate newbie.

4) Is a pump sleeve necessary with the bathmate?

Stature should have little to do with getting good suction for stretches. Loss of suction is usually due to too much hair, trimming down to 1/4 inch is best. Sometime a loss in suction can be due to the valve either being dirty or not seated correctly, do a thorough cleaning of your BathMate and try placing it on a flat surface and with force pressing lots of pressure through it, this will set the valve in place if it was out. You should be getting expansion with every workout, since you are not I would offer a workout that will definitely bring great expansion every time:

I thought I should make a post on this topic as I get many questions about the Bathmate and newbies wondering how to incorporate into their routine. I also get many questions on using the Bathmate exclusively to gain size so I will touch on that too.

To answer the first question, yes a newbie can start penis enlargement using the Bathmate. Incorporating you Bathmate into your routine is easy too and does not need to be complicated. My routine, The Total Routine, is far too advanced for newbies but I have taken some time to write the Bathmate into the newbie routine, I think this will be best. I will write this at the end of this post. As a newbie do not expect gains in the first weeks of training, the penis will need to become accustomed to the new exercise. Just like any penis enlargement you will need to learn and practice to make gains.

What most men experience with the Bathmate initially is an instant increase of girth, sometimes beyond an inch, this is what we call a temporary gain so do not think of this as a new size, but a map to the future. It is awesome to see such a massive increase and will really help with motivation. In order to make gains permanent they need to be maintained and surpassed. This is done through daily training, over your first month you will start to see permanent results. Be patient with yourself and gentle, this is new and you will need to get the hang of it.

Gains will manifest themselves in many ways. All men find an immediate increase in flaccid size (length and girth). Depending on what exercise format you choose you will see different results. If you choose to incorporate DLD Hardcore Bathmate stretches, for instance, you will see a drastic increase in base girth and non-bone pressed erect length. If you choose to follow my super-set logic you will see incredible tissue expansion and will leave behind much of the swelling and fluid retention men find in pumping. It is really about making a routine that will cover all areas of growth that will be best.

Becoming overzealous will only prove poor results, stay consistent and stick to your routine. Pumping every hour will do little more than bring fatigue, poor eq and possible injury. Stick to the script! Penis Enlargement does not need to go all day, get in your routine and move on. The gains will come!

As a newbie or a new Bathmate user you will want to get into a solid routine. I have written the following routine based on Phase 1 or the Newbie Routine. If you follow this routine I guaranty you will gain with ease and safely. You will get much harder erection, last longer in bed, more girth, more length, everything will improve. So here is the routine.

DLD's NEWBIE ROUTINE

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

After Stretching routine you will jump right into DLD Hardcore Stretches, this is the best time to do this and it can be a precursor to your girth routine.

DLD Hardcore Bathmate Stretches

Get yourself 100% erect and attach the Bathmate. I like to use water in the chamber but this exercise can be done dry if proper pressure can be found or in the bath or shower.

Pump up to a high pressure. You will want enough suction that you can pull on the Bathmate with intensity and the Bathmate stays attached.

Once good suction is found you can start the exercise. It may be necessary to repump periodically to keep good suction for these stretches.

Upward Stretches: At an upward angle, using both hands, stretch the chamber upward. You will not be able to go straight up as the tube will get in the way so go as high as possible. do 3 stretches for 30 seconds each.

Straight Outward Stretches to Center: Again, be sure to have good suction. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Out to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Out to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Now, downward stretches will feel a bit different as you will be stretching and pulling-pushing against the erection angle (unless you have a low erection angle) EIther way, this will be the most intense part).

Straight Down Stretches: Again, be sure to have good suction and good EQ. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Down to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Straight Down to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.

Basic Jelqing/Bathmate Super Sets

For First 2 weeks -
Two Sets of the following:

150 Jelqs followed by 5-10 minutes pumping.

After 2 weeks -
Two sets of the following:

300 Jelqs followed by 10 minutes pumping.

END.

After Jelq/Bathmate Session: Warm Down

PC Muscle Fitness
Do not skip this, kegels are vital to good Erection Quality!

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

I see you answered a couple questions but left a few unanswered. Thank you for your response, currently I'm doing a warm up, followed by 30 second stretches left right forward up and down with 25 kegels in each direction, then 50 circle stretches, then 100-200 side to side stretches, then I immediately get into the bathmate and pump for 2 sets of 3 mins and do your hardcore stretches. However, I can't seem to stretch to the left or right, only up forward and down and I have basically no hair since I shave on a basis. That routine sounds awfully intense for a newbie? I thought the behind the cheek stretches were for more advanced PE'ers, however, I will try that routine out since I look upto you as someone in the PE industry. I'm glad you responded, how often should this routine be done?
 
Also, I just bought the bathmate 3 weeks ago so I doubht a dirty valve is the problem. I'm only going for length at the moment by the way, I'm pretty content with my girth, I just bought the BM to replace jelqing to keep my EQ high
 
Also, do the rotary stretches go with the direction? For example, when your stretching down, do you do them in a downward fashion? Or just normally? Brushing past your stomach, then your thighs and balls in a circular motion

Some men just can not do the left and right hardcore stretches due to the position of their pelvic bone but do not fret, they are not necessary to make the gains, front stretches will do the job just fine especially since you are doing manual right and left stretches. The routine I suggested is a modified version of the Newbie Routine that incorporates the BathMate. You can trim it down a bit if it is too long but if you have the time, do the entire routine to make the fastest gains.

Will do! Hopefully I see gains with this routine, every time someone "guarantees" results from a routine it's been a sham for me. Question DLD, do you have any only length based routines?

Around an hour, and I would like to finish off with the bathmate hardcore stretches. I'm pretty content with my girth at the moment. Also, maybe you could incorporate some more intense exercises rather than more time under tension, because my dick is decently thick it is hard to get a good grip(also uncircumsized, even talc powder doesn't work too well for a grip), I end up having to squeeze the hell out of my dick and loose circulation most of the time. I've been trying your newbie routine you suggested for the past four sessions and I have to use my Phallosan bell to feel a good stretch.
 
The a stretch looks intense. Anything that targets the tunica specifically?

The TUNICA is effected mainly from upward stretching, the lower the stretch position the more it will be taken up by the ligaments. Things like upward stretching, flaccid and erect, bundled upward stretches, even Hardcore Stretches in an upward position would help.

Could you name some good intermediate type stretches?

Any upward stretch is a Tunica specific stretch but it is hard to get intensity in upward stretches. For me Bundles Stretches are the best for Tunica stretch as they do not need to be done in an upward way, any position Bundled will effect the Tunica. If you have a LengthMaster these stretches will be even more intense. The LengthMaster also will allow for very strong upward stretches that the hands can't perform because once in the chamber you can use the two handlebars to stretch, eliminating grip issues.

Hmmm, looks interesting. Does it work well for the uncircumcised? Because most devices make me grow skin and not dick besides like the Phallosan. Any uncircumcised leengthnaster users here?

The LengthMaster works the same for both cut and uncut men. It is all about how and where you attach when doing LM stretches. I would even make the assumption it would help uncut men more with grip than cut men due to the extra skin sliding during manual stretches.
