Also, if you get the
LM you can also hang w/ it over 10+ lbs I believe. As well as do the manual routine. So you're essentially knocking out 2 birds w/ 1 stone.
Not too mention you can do fulcrum stretches w/ your hands or weights. So you have the potential to do much better stretches than you currently were doing that you didn't gain from.
I would also look into a DMSO/PABA solution (you have to make it yourself) for your bend if it's scar tissue related.
