First part is a little background info on how I got the curve and the different sized chambers in my Penis Enlargement History . Skip it if you just want to see what I came up with.

I sticked to this routine daily for 3 month upping the intensity and time-spend almost each week.

Boy was I gaining like madman. Girth was @ 5.5" after 2 month and length @
6.7" ! Morning wood was morning steel and I even had erections the whole day for no reason. I also met my girl that I'm still together with at that time.
So sex was also great I got used to her and didn't have to worry about premature bust-a-nut-shit. SO sex was awsome, she was amazed by my stamina (we had sex for hours very often despite the regular Penis Enlargement routine) and eventhough I didn't hit bottom I sure as hell filled her up.

Everything was so good that it probably was to good to be true forever. SO it all ended at the end of the third month. Bad luck I guess :(
Duuring this 3 month a upped the intensity so much that I was doing 1 hour 100% erect intense jelq sessions AND 1 hour intense stretching sessions almost daily. Length was @ 7" + the chambers were huge and @ 6" girth .

Obviously I overdid it. Simple as that I jumped to early into far too advanced territory blinded by the gains I had. I'd probably would be 9x7 by now if the accident that happened wouldn't have happened.

At the end of the third month, while my girlfriend was off to a 4 week vacation, I had a hardcore girthworkout leaving my chambers screaming and went to sleep. I was awakened in the morning by a very sharp pain in my dick. I jumped up scared as fuck, looked down on it and was totally devastated : I saw how it was deflating from being erect AND it was crooked, fuckin bend to the left after midshaft ! Hurted like hell when I touched it. Nothing else. I went to pee and for the first time in my life I pissed like around the corner. Probably a 30 degree deviation from being straight.

I knew something very very bad happened. However I also knew it couldn't be a real break of the penis because then it would have turned black instantly and I would have had much more pain. I waited a couple of days , of course no Penis Enlargement no erections just fear and finally decided to see the doc. I didn't tell about Penis Enlargement but told him that I slept on my stomach at that night and probably , while having my morning wood made some unfortunate move that damaged the penis.
He checked me for Peyronies, felt me up , examined everything and diagnosed: "30 DEGREE DEVIATION OF THE Penis EnlargementNIS DUE TO A LIGHT BREAK OF THE Penis EnlargementNIS" I either teared the tunica somewhere along the left side or teared the spongy tissue within the left chamber.
To fix this I'd have to get operated on, meaning they would shorten the right side to even out the chambers. However he advised I should only consider the operation if either I have pain duuring sex or my girl due to the deviation.
Thats about it. He couldn't feel anything hard within the penis wich was good because It meant I don't have Peyronies however he warned me that I could get Peyronies because of the scar tissue that will develope.

GREAT FUCKING NEWS ! I was totally devastated. Still 3 weeks till my girl would arrive and we could try if sex would still work. I could get erect but it needed more stimulation than usual,no more morning wood , also the head didn't fill up that nice and I had constant pain while being erect. SO ADIOS GIRTH WORKOUTS ! HELLO FLACCID V-STRETCHES AGAINST THE CURVE. Well what can I say they kinda worked. I did them day and night for as many hours as I could , despite the sharp pain (don't know if that was a good idea) but the deviation improoved and was only about 20°.

Unfortunatly I lost most of my girth gains in those 3 weeks ( they were uncemented of course) but atleast kept the length gains.

So the situation was : 7"x5.4 + a 20° bend to the left after midshaft + pain + no morning wood and the head needed lots of stimulation t fill up really nice.

Then the feared day finally came , my girl (that I was and still am madly in love with) arrived we had crazy good sex , she didn't even notice the bend or the loss of 0.6" girth (came back tight as hell) . I had slight pain duuring sex and thought to myself . Well I guess I have to live with it. Its ok , could be worse. I'll do Penis Enlargement and get back to straight and big.

Well again bad luck :

It is very important to say that at that time the chambers were still even (same size girth-wise) but due to the scarring the left got shorter in length so I thought I'd concentrate on stretching and leave out the girth completly.

It took me one year to finally even out the chambers length-wise when I was backstabbed again :

The scarring lead not only to a shrinkage of length (wich I fixed) but also to a
girth shrinkage of the WHOLE left chamber.

So my situation one year ago was : 7.5"NBEL x 5" Girth. No deviation whatsoever while being 100% erect however , deviation of 15° while being semi erect due to uneven chamber size.
My right chamber worked like the backbone of my whole erection. While erect the right chamber was perefectly straight and thus straighted out the left chamber despite the left chamber being smaller girthwise. Also I could never do any 100% erect bends to the right side not even 0.5" however I could always bend to the left while erect because the left side was weaker and more responsive to bending. (Could bend it to 20°). The pain was pretty much gone and morning wood finally came back to me again. Not as often as it used to be but better than nothing. Also I completely cured my premature problem in the last 2 years because I completely got rid of all ���� and the stupid habit to masturbate to it and limited myself to have sexual activities with my girlfriend only.

In the first 3 month of the last year I worked pretty intensly on length till I finally hit and cemented 8" Bonepressed and 7.88" NBEL while being 5" in girth. SO I tried shock routines different rest/works regimes and gained pretty much knowledge wich finally made me stick with one favourite excersize wich I modified to my liking. I broke the plateau with this excersize and thus want to share it with u !

PART 2

Ok this is what I found to be true for ME. Maybe this can help others maybe not. Don't attack me for no reason !

First of all : I know of several conditions wich result in a deviated (bend) penis.

0. Peyronies (Evil shit, can't give much advice on that besides what everybody knows. )

1. You are perfectly healthy and born with even chambers girthwise , however one is shorter so the dick bends to the shorter side. If the deviation is not severe, I guess you are perefctly fine many men are not 100% straight-dicked and many women prefer it that way. If you dont like it u can improove alot by v-stretches against the curve.

2. You are perefectly healthy and born with even chambers length wise however one is bigger than the other, so the penis curves to the smaller side (or is probably bendable while fully erect to the smaller side though completly straight when no bending is applied)

I happen to be case 2. myself.

So what has to be considered if you want to even out the chambers and coninue gaining overall girth ?

What kind of problems arise ?

What kind of tools do we already have to combat the situations ?

As far as I know : C-Jelq and DLD BEND.

My opinion on c-jelq : I'm aware of the fact that it might work for some. If you look into my history u understand that I would NEVER EVER advise to do any kind of jelquing whatsoever. Its way to risky and dangerous. Besides the excersize I want to share stresses the left or right chamber together and exclusively while engorging either chamber to 110 percent and still being much safer than the c-jelq wich can be performed @60%-80% only and obviously doesnt give as good results in the long run.

The DLD BENDs ? Again very very advanced , dangerous and puts too much stress and pressure (uneven pressure) on one single part of the chamber. You can be sore already eventhough you only worked 1/3 of a chamber.
Don't get me wrong. They are absolutely irreplacable when it comes to fixing upward or downward curves. But definitely not the best thing when it comes to fixing left/right curve inequality due to girth differences in the chambers.

Ok now I have to share some knowledge on why I think girth growth is possible at all and what is the best way to encourage it or simply make it possible while keeping it safe at the same time.

Feel free to correct me on this one because I have no real medical knowledge , just thoughts and theories and experience.


Well , why is it possible for the penis to enlarge in girth beyond its original size through natural Penis Enlargement and maintain this enlarged size ?

1.theory : You are born with a certain amount of erectile tissue in your chambers , within this tissue are cells (again a certain amount of cells) these cells have PRE-Penis Enlargement a certain size and a certain ability to enlarge and hold blood. Through Penis Enlargement you train/condition these cells to enlarge more and more and hold more blood = greater girth. After a givin time frame the gains are cemented and the cells remain in their enlarged state forever.
The limit to your gains if this theory is true is:
a)The maximum size the cells can become untill further Penis Enlargement won't make a difference
b)The Tunica wich would limit further gains if the cells CAN gett bigger but don't because there is no room to expand
c) the bloodflow wich can be a limit if there is not enough in-bloodflow to completely enlarge all the cells to their maximum size before the bloodoutflow deflates them again.


2.theory based on cell devision/multiplikation through applied stretching:

You are born with a certain amount of erectile tissue in your chambers , within this tissue are cells (again a certain amount of cells) .
Through Penis Enlargement these cells begin to multiply and thus result in a greater permanent girth, they don't devide back.
Why ? Because duuring a girthworkout lets say with a clamp at the base you have the same stretching like with hanging. ONLY IN 3 D ! In every direction from within the penis chambers ! Hanging is known to fill up the base girth. and constant light stretching of the penis with small amounts of force (penis plus,jes extender and so on are already backed up by science/studies and indeed increase length and girth at the same time.)

The 1.theory explains why everyone is able to gain 0.5"-1" girth rather easily
The second theory explains why only dedicated people like DLD,REDZULU,SUPRA make documented gains of 2"+

Also maybe this explains what a temporary gain is : =increasing ability of a cell to hold more blood ! And what a permanent gain is = multiplikation of a cell because of stretching force from within ! More cells more girth !


Whatever is true I don't know , what I do know is : If you want to be a successfull Penis EnlargementNIS ENLARGER you better make sure you cover both theories to be on the safe and lucky road of gains !

And I really want to stress the word SAFE.

Hope You are not bored We have to throw another theory into the mix :

3.theory : THE REST THEORY !

If 1.theory is true and girth enlargement happens because of bigger cells and not because of their multiplikation your best bet is to be on a routine where you brake those cells in (with a good workout) and take the next day off completely to give the cells enough time to heal,repair and grow back stronger until they never go back to their original size. 1 day on 1 day of routine.

or

the second theory is true and it doesn't matter if you give the dick time to heal its only important that u don't get too sore and make as much 3D-110%stretching-from within on a daily basis until ur cell count increased to your desired amount.
DLD,SUPRA,REDZULU - all exceptional girth gainers and dedicated people , specially DLD who did girth daily for years AND GAINED AND GAINED AND GAINED ! I personally started to believe in theory number too. I tell you why later. Of course it also could be true that DLD's,ZULU'S gains are due to 1.theory - they just happen to be quick healers (24 hours is enough whereas others need 48 or more) and their erectile cells can grow bigger than other peoples !





The more I think about and look at the great girth gainers the more I believe in 2.theory.

Also the most important and most limiting factor in gaining girth is indeed the tunica. The tunica limits the room for expansion of 1. and 2.theory !

What I do now is I try to bring it all together and balance it out so:

I can workout daily !

I don't get too sore and fuck my dick up so I can't do my workout the other day !

I warm and heat up my dick like crazy pre workout to soften the tunica and make it more stretchable, also makes me prone to injuries.

I don't cum more than 1-2 times a week (more or less hinders my growth)

A girth session always has one simple goal : ABOVE 100% EXPANSION for a time frame of 40min-1hour.

I take viagra to have more time for the workout and not the process of keeping up the erection.

I don't overdo it or else a daily basis will be impossible

I drink 3-4 liters water daily (the effects of water on the dick are obvious)

I eat healthy,workout the rest of the body .

I stop at any sign of pain , think about it what could have caused it and take a better different approach next time .

Okay , back to the topic of fixing chamber size:


The best and safest girth expander is strong force/pressure from within the chamber pushing into every direction at the same time without too much pressure in one point.

In otherwords HORSE SQUEEZES.

Ulis direct the pushing force to the tip of your dick, so you might gain some girth along the way , but probably will end up with a baseballbat dick. Its a good technique to lengthen the tunica and gain some girth at the same time. Its not the best thing for girth though.

In my opinion the best thing there is in our arsenal of techniques is the HORSE SQUEEZE.

-You get 100% erect and clamp of at the base after flexing the pc muscle. The blood is now trapped. Then you clamp of below the head aaaand there u have it : The blood is trapped between your hands you have the pushing-from-within in 3D action going on. The tunica is not lengthened towards one direction, however its widened into every direction. The force is a steady one and there is not too much stress on the dick, yet at the same time you can control force with your hands. (move them together couple quarters of an inch)
You expand in depth and width however not inlength. But since we want girth only (and the best + safest girth workout on a daily basis) its a good thing. No force is wasted on lengthening.

Ok now you will tell me : So whats the new shit , why did I have to read through all this shit, I knew all of dat before. I know my horses and I also know my clapms (double clamped horses and such)

Hehe, wait let me finish. :) The problem with a clamp (as in cable clamp) or clamp (as in overhand manual hand grip) is basically the same : Its puts uneven amount of squeezing force on the chambers ?

WHy ?

Because the chambers are uneven. Remember ? One chamber is bigger than the other so if you clamp hard or grip hard with a certain force of the grip it will always be the bigger chamber that gets a better workout and more stress than it needs to. The smaller chamber will always remain the smaller chamber and u will keep the curve/weakness/uneveness even if u gain overall 0.5" of girth.
Your smaller chamber probably adds 0.2" and the bigger adds 0.3" = 0.5" . understand ?

Also the workouts with a clamp are more dangerous because the clamp cuts deeper into the thicker chamber while not cutting as deep into the smaller chamber. Also you have to clamp stronger to get the smaller chamber really clamped off than if you had perfectly even chambers.

Besides, I did work with cable clamps for many month and sure as hell I did gain girth. However uneven , also the bigger chamber always hurted and got sore at the place I clamped.

So whats my technique tats fixes the situation ?

I take the simple HORSESQUEEZE as a basis and modify it by adding a grip technique that allows to ULI/JELQ one chamber exclusivly while keeping the other chamber clamped of. The chambers even out if you do workouts like 7xhorsesqueeze-uli/jelq the smaller chamber and 3x the bigger chamber. You get the same 0,5" girth after many month only now the smaller chamber will have contributed 0,3" while the bigger added 0.2" = 0.5 " :)


How is it done ? Thats the way I do it. The grip and the technique and correct execution and combination of flexing the pc muscle, uli'ng it into the desired chamber is most important here _


Sit on a chair. watch ���� (previously you've taken viagra)

Get 100% erect. Now very important: Lean back ! This will tilt your hip up so you will be able to get a better closer grip at the base. Before you grip : In the seated position, with the 100% erection and the upper body leaned back, you flex your pc muscle as strong as possible and keep them flexed while at the same time closin your thigs together and squeezin your arse muscles. This alone will give you above 100% expansin in the chambers, even if you let the pc squeeze go (wich you can do now). The thighs/legs arse muscles function as a clamp and u will not loose even 0.1% of your erection as long as you have your arse muscles (not the pc muscles) and thighs tensioned and closed together.

You will get the hang of it very fast. And you better do because you cant sit too long like that with those muscles tensioned.

So all of this functioned as a pre-clamp. Also the body is leaned back so the hip is tilted up. Now you do a smooth transition:

(Correct gripping technique is most important)

You grip at the base of your dick with the right hand using an overhand grip (arse + thigs still flexed)
if you want to workout the right chamber.

Your wrist has to do alot of twisting now (so it better be flexible) because the overhand grip has to be postioned so the index and thumb finger of the right hand close exactly at the center of the right chamber. Understand ?

You should be in this situation right now before the next step :

Seated position, body leaned back , hip tilted up, arse muscles still flexed and thigs still closed, the right hand grips the base with an overhand grip so that the thumb and finger of the right hand meet/close at the center of the right chamber.

You grip as strong as you need to and now my modification comes into play.

You flex the pc muscle thus pumping blood in to the dick BUT AT THE SAME TIME
You use the thumb and finger of the right hand (wich are postioned at the center of the chamber)
To Uli/jelq this chamber just a couple milimiters. This will be enough to direct most of the new blood from the pc squeeze into the desired chamber.
Understand ? The blood is also pumped into the other chamber BUT moreso into the chamber that you uli/jelq exclusevly ! Amazing shit right ?

Repeat this 3-4 times and u will see that the smaller chamber is now over-engorged with blood also the other chamber is very engorged. Only then you tighten the overhand grip so strong and close the index and thumb to trap all the blood completely. The force distribution will be even in both chambers and the weaker gets the better workout while the stronger still gets its best workout.

Only now you can let loose of your arse muscles, pc muscles , open the thighs if u like and admire the huge girth monster in your hands.

All you have to do now is complete the horse squeeze by clamping below the head with the other hand . Or do a Jelq Suash or just keep the uli if you want to go fo length.

The best for girth is simply clamping of below the head with the free hand.

To train the left chamber you do all the crazy wrist twistin stuff with the left hand :)

What we have here, is a much better Uli for those with even chambers and a individual horse squeeze for those with uneven chambers.

Thats what got me through my girth plateau and allows me to train daily 40 - 60 minutes of these.

What you've got here sounds really good. To my knowlegde I don't have any uneven chambers but it could help me anyway by knowing the horse squeeze. Hey, I wonder if these could be used in combination with DLD's blasters. And no jelqing? i definately think they work. As long as you don't over do it. That's my oppinion. Don't count it for too much though. My opp isn't worth that recognition.

Great post! ALot to read. I know I have an uneven chamber, my right side is a decent amount smaller than my left after having done Penis Enlargement for awhile. I will have to give this a try.

DO you happen to have an outlined version of this?
 
You say to only jelq a couple of millimeters while you're twisting, does this mean it would not be beneficial to go all the way up?

When you speak of clamping off at the head, wouldn't this hinder head gains if you can't get any blood in there?

i've read the original post and this, and still confused or just want to get it right. For one my dick is curved to right and gets worse the more i Penis Enlargement and the bigger i get, and i do like all my girth stuff bending to left and trying to get right chamber bigger, and it just seems not doin it right.

Sometimes i hear dld say go with the curve, it's different and i never understood why u would want a curve. and upward curve, which i have slightly, is fine with me, but to left or right (in my case) seems just annoying.

My understanding so far, need some help, corrections or whatnot:

since i have curve to right, and when errect, the right chamber does look smaller, and i am easier to bend to right and harder to bend left.
Don't know if that right chamber is just shorter.
Anyway, i do mainly overhand right handed grip, getting my index and thumb to pinch in center on right chamber, this way, to what i know, the clamp is tighter on the right side.
It seemed i was correcting the bend for a while, till i started doin my manual stretches more, now i think i'm getting rapidly longer, don't know till i measure when my time comes. Any help on anything would be great.

Oh one more thing off the subject, i have been fighting a flakyness right before my glans wear i grab to stretch, i'm combating that with lotion of course, i was getting some like shedding on whole glans for a while when i was getting intense glan expansion.

I am completely new, somewhat hesitant because scared to mess up a generally healthy situation, but am looking into this mainly because I have a curve left (subtle) that I would like to fix and could use some length (although I think too hesitant to try the stretches). I thought it was because the skin on my left side is very thin (nearly bleeds at erection) and not as abundant as right, so when I have erection thought maybe this restricted the stretch on left, so I bent that way. But your post makes me think maybe the problem is internal.

So I have some really dumb (super-Newbie) questions that made it hard to understand your post.

1) What is the tunica?
2) What is a uli?
3) Finally, do you have a way to thicken the skin on one side in case this is in part hurting the stretch?

Finally, how long do you hold the horse clamp? I saw someone else suggest you push downward (reverse jelq?) from the top while clamped at bottom, what do you think of that?

I really would appreciate your help, and anyone else for that matter that thinks they can help me.
