DLD I have been trying to gain for year or so and haven't. I guess is is just due to lack of proper guidance. Does the paid membership include the 5 phases if gaining and when we are supposed to move into the phases and routine guidelines. I have honestly lost hope so many times. I have a catalog of equipment from the amazing LengthMaster to the Sg. Would really appreciate some help. I just want to gain and am prepared to work my ass off for it. Thanks in advance
