I wasn't able to get the same kind of expansion in the last sessions, only got to 5.75-6, but with less or almost no fluid retention, so I guess it's good.
Last night I wore the tight clamp for a few hours until I woke up and got rid of it, because of the discomfort it was causing. But in the morning I was still pumped AND to my surprise was not too fatigued to get a decent erection and do some SSJ's. Maybe it's a sign, that I got more conditioned now?
My only problem right now is the limited time I have. When I come home late at night, I have to decide, if I want to use the Bathmate or the Sizegenetics. I prefer to use the Bathmate, but I'm afraid I will not make any length gains that way. I do only manual stretching and some erect stretching during my bathroom breaks. I wear the Phallosan most of the time, but I feel it only gives me a passive stretch.
Should I focus more on length, as I'm a bit afraid of reaching my girth goal before my length goal (then it would be impossible to reach my length goal without adding some extra girth, right?)?

It's very plausible to add only length without any girth if you just stick with stretching. That's how it's gone for me every time.

Hell I could've written a book years ago on exercises after all that I've learned from being here. It's just now I'm really dedicated, and I don't have daily sex anymore. It'd be impossible to put in this much work and still have a good sex life. If only I would've started back with this the moment I chose to be celibate lol

Haha Tibetan monks may have gotten the teachings of Buddha completely wrong, but damn can they hang some massive weights! lol. And yea, it'd be nice if my next one can enjoy a 7.5x5.5" dick, especially if I can pull a nice asian girl LMAO

Those monks do some hardcore hanging. I read somewhere that the goal is to render the penis useless in sex as a gift to God.

Not sure why they'd do that. One of the main points of Buddhism is that no god can save you from yourself. That's why monks dwell in meditation while making as little impact on the world as possible, in order to end their string of karma and reach nirvana. I bet there are some Greek goddesses who may enjoy them though lol

I think the reason is just what you stated, they want to avoid karma issues that easily develop in sex. Rendering their penis useless in sex is a great gift towards reaching Nirvana. I think it shows the ultimate commitment in someone who is celibate.
 
Well then it wouldn't be an offering so much as a sacrifice that you learn is actually meaningless. Similar to the story of a monk who vowed to not lay down until he reached enlightenment. He stayed up, nonstop, even when he slept. Eventually he developed an eye disease that could only be treated if he laid down (we're talking 2000 years ago, so medicine was still primitive and an operation like that would've been a bitch), but he still refused to do so, keeping to his vow. It came to be that he went blind, but upon doing so he reached enlightenment by giving up all attachments, even his own sight.

In ways it seems like that but at the same time if you are a struggling, celibate monk this would be a option that would eliminate the sexual options. Religion sometimes has odd reasons for why things are done.

Unfortunately I was sick for some days and just couldn't do any girth work. With breaks like these I will not get any permanent gains, I guess.
Today's girth was at 5.25, so just where I started. When I was able to pump everyday it barely went below 5.5.
Is it necessary to have the some temp gains permanently in order to make any permanent gains? If so, I'll be having a hard time.

My EQ is still not that great. Anything else I can do besides kegels? Or do I need to increase the intensity of my kegel training?
 
The base of the penis is easily built up by heavy downward stretching, hanging or LengthMaster use. It is strange that stretching would effect the base but in every case it does. You may also be experiencing some fatigue from your workouts which will improve as you go on. Are you separating your length workouts from the girth workouts?

Also, maybe masturbation might also be another reason why he wasn't getting good erection. I'm hoping he is now in a much better place.
