Hey there,

in my second attempt of PE I've been doing manual stretches and wearing the Phallosan Forte 16-20 hours a day for about 3 weeks now.
Additionally I did some Bathmate pumping with SSJ's inbetween, and a bit of expressive Bathmate stretches.
I got some nice expansion from the Bathmate sessions (1/2"-3/4"), but during and after the sessions EQ always went down... I edged afterwards for 30 minutes or so, and to achieve/keep an erection (which was still only at 90%), I needed lots of manual work. This would become better after a day or two without pumping.
But for the last few days, after noticing some small gains in BPFSL, there seems to be a different problem. When I try to get an erection, the penis will start to become engorged, but not really hard, and it almost seems like the very base of my dick is very, very thin and too weak to hold the engorged penis up.
Just now I remember that the exact same problem made me stop my attempts at PE last year. :(
Is this a common problem? Will it go away? Should I continue training or take a break? Any suggestions?

I'm thankful for any advice.

The base of the penis is easily built up by heavy downward stretching, hanging or LengthMaster use. It is strange that stretching would effect the base but in every case it does. You may also be experiencing some fatigue from your workouts which will improve as you go on. Are you separating your length workouts from the girth workouts?
 
i recommend keeping up your training. you will adapt to it. make sure you arent pumping for to long of sessions or to high intensity. doing those things was the only thing that ever decreased my EQ doing PE. start slow and work your way up to high intensity

I'm doing most of the length workouts spread over the whole day (taking 10-15 minute bathroom breaks at work). Girth workout I do in the late evening or night time. Should length and girth be separated more?
I hope it's only fatigue, but the feeling is a bit frightening.
So if I do more downward stretching the base should become bigger? Will it also make it stronger?
I just received the Legthmaster btw. :)

Thanks, maybe I went a little bit too intense with the pumping as it felt really good to see the temporary expansion. I hope you're right and I just have to adapt to the training.
 
try to do alternate workout 1 day on 1 day off and see if your dick respond better. Sometimes less is better. Some pple can train everyday like DLD and SUPRA I personally could not. Listen to your body and give it rest days. they are important as far as my body is made.

this happened to me to...i only had EQ problems the first time i started using my BM. i was just overdoing it. i took my time and adapted to the new training and now it only improves my EQ. it has made my penis stronger once I began taking my time and not going to hard to soon. It seems this will happen for you as well b.c your EQ would improve after a couple days. take some time off from pumping. get back into and cut the time in half. PE isn't about the results you can get in one session. we have all learned it is what you can get from months of training...and it pays off :)

After three days of not pumping things seemed to be normal again. I did a pump session yesterday morning, and even though it wasn't very intense or long, got some fluid retention and a soft feeling erection in the evening. So I'm taking a break from pumping today. Maybe 1 day on, 1 day off is the way to go for me at the moment.
I do a couple of hundred short kegels throughout the day, but maybe that's not enough?
However, when I did tried too hard with kegels in the past, I also seemed to have a harder time of holding a good erection on the same day. Does this make any sense?
 
That's plenty of kegels. If you do so many that it becomes hard to get a good erection, it's because you've worked your PC muscle near exhaustion.

try to vary your kegel routine a bit. sometimes squeeze and hold for 5 seconds. sometime rapid fire kegels. go back and forth between a kegel and reverse kegel...many variations to be done

I like to keep girth and length in different sessions. Girth requires much more focus than length and I am able to concentrate better at night so girth has always been a nightly project while length I can do at anytime so I would try to get my main session in the morning and then try to get in as much as I can during the day.
 
Okay, thanks, I'll try varying my kegels more.

DLD, it seems we're having a similar approach for girth then.

I had to take a bit of a break. Only did manual stretches and tried wearing the phallosan as much as possible.
So I didn't make any gains so far, just a bit in BPFSL.
Yesterday I had my first real bathmate session after the break with SSJs before and in between. Afterwards I wore a clamp (not too tight). I had some great expansion (from 5.25 inches to 6.25), unfortunately with some fluid retention as my last bathmate session was longer than 5 minutes.
But my erection quality was quite good and I kept edging for an hour, so I think I'm getting closer to finding a suitable way of doing girth work.

If everything goes well, I'll try to use the lengthmaster and sizegenetics for length soon.

Glad you are back and that BathMate session sound like the shit! That much expansion is just incredible, keep that going and the girth gains will pack on.
 
The BM gives ridiculous expansion. I know I gain at least an inch in girth on top of a few cm in length whenever I'm pumped at high pressure.

It makes me actually want to post picture of the "after" results, but I have so many tattoos that anybody I know who saw it would instantly know it was me on here lol.
