Hey guys. I have recently been reading throughout the forum. I wanted to make a thread where all the people with EQ problems could find their solutions. I read through the net and am now giving you all the info I got. Hope this helps.
Psychology
Not having a good libido. This is when you are not mentally stimulated enough.
This happens for a few reasons:
-You need more variety.
Variety is something very important. Once you have gotten used to something- it just loses its glamorousness. It becomes less special- your brain starts to accept it as something normal from the everyday life. Usually people who experience lack of libido due to lacking variety need to change something they used to do. Be it:
1- Self stimulation -�naked people movies� (if one watches)-just change the type (teen, ebony etc.), actress or fantasy.
2- Woman stimulation (girlfriend) (if you have one and if not- get one)-you might not have the passion you used to have before. If the problem is not in your girlfriend (which you might find no longer sexy and stimulating enough), then it is most likely you- pretty much doing the same every time. If you find yourself guilty- simply change the sex positions, play some fantasy with her (act to be a naughty student etc.).
-You have psychological problems.
This comes from:
1-Work- Most of us have problems with our work. It is something really normal.
If you hate your job- just leave it. It might sound a little drastic, but life is meant to be lived happily. We all have different interests and different hobbies. Try to make your favorite thing to do your job. That way you will drastically reduce the stress you have. If changing your workplace is a no-no- consider doing this as soon as you get an opportunity.
2-Life – Yes, life can be hard sometimes. Its punches are the most painful ones. Problems are just a test for you. Do your best to solve your problems- and get the happy life you want.
If you find yourself to be under physical tension, you should relieve the stress- whether it be fighting something (some people prefer objects- pillows, punching bags etc.) or relaxation exercises such as meditation combined with breathing exercises. Sharing your worries with someone you know always takes a stone off of your ankles. Be it a professional or just a friend- this is something that will be good for you.
And never forget- Erectile Dysfunction is 99% mental!!!
Lifestyle
Try living healthier.
1-Stop (or reduce) doing every unhealthy habit you have.
-Smoking- damages overall health.
-Drinking- damages overall health, naturally decreases libido (you think less about sex and this is why it is also known as a technique to improve longevity in bed).
-Taking drugs- damages your body in multiple ways. And as we know- health and EQ always go together.
-Watching �naked people movies�- it really damages your EQ. I would strongly advise you to stop it and never look at it again, bit if this is too extreme for you- at least try to reduce it. I am a 20 year old male and had EQ problems on this age just because of this. After abstaining myself for 3 months (I watched, but very little. I used to watch every single day before) I found that my erections were harder and stayed for longer periods of time. It might be hard, but it is not impossible.
2-Make better food choices.
In order for the human body to function at its best- proper nutrition is required. A good (healthy) diet combining a good fat-carbohydrate-protein ratio and vitamin and mineral dense foods will fuel your body and keep it healthy. Do not consume a lot of food in one sitting (consume small meals, but frequently throughout the day), since your body can digest the nutrients optimally. There are some foods that help increase EQ naturally by themselves. Such foods are:
-Garlic.
-Horny goat weed.
3-Sport
Sport (aerobic and anaerobic) will not only take you into a much better shape and overall health, but will improve blood flow to the whole body- penis included. And blood flow to the penis is vital important due to its post- workout recovery- taking all nutrients and helping the penis to acquire them.
4-Jerking off
Some people have no problems regarding their libido a few to several hours after ejaculation. If you are not one of them- reduce/stop jerking off will work really well in your path to improving your EQ.
Medicine
Taking supplements.
1-Taking certain supplemental pills, while helpful, can be damaging your EQ significantly. Once your body gets used to being supplemented- you can gain immunity (adaptation) and it might stop working for you. If you choose to consume supplements- know when to stop.
Exercise
Kegels- Kegels are the most effective things to do .They strengthen the pelvic floor muscles allowing for greater strength and endurance in the erection capability department. The growth that occurs because of Kegels is great as it allows the penis to become hard to it's full potential allowing for the largest hardens.
Pumping- You can use air/water pumps to improve EQ. It is most effective when pumping with a full erection and using a kegel in conjunction with the pumping. It is recommended to use water pumps because air-pumping can cause serious blisters and water retention. Water pumping is much more comfortable and safe creating less fluid retention with all the same benefits of air pumping.
Clamping- Some men find it helpful, although I don’t recommend it. If your goal is EQ- there are much better methods. If your goal is girth- this can be a quite good and dangerous exercise. Do not do it if you are not well informed.
Jelqs- Next to kegels, jelqing and the like, will always increase EQ and bring better erections and vascularity. Consistency is what is important.
Hand stretching- It will not help you unless you do kegels during the stretching.
Edging- While it can be a helpful exercise by itself- it may further strengthen your Pelvic Floor muscles (if you practice kegels once you reach the PONR to avoid ejaculation).
Break
You can have two choices when it comes to take a break:
1-You completely stop.
You completely stop doing any kind of routine for a week or so and allow your body to heal 100% (it is advised you do this every 2 months or so). Masturbation and sec must also be cut down during the break period.
2-You are on a routine and you have no intentions on stopping.
You are following a routine you would not like to stop (especially for a prolonged period of time- such as a week). Then take a few days break during this week. Increase your rest days (or add some) by 1,2,3 or as much as you feel like stopping.
If none of the above said works for you, then it might be best for you to visit your doctor/urologist and discuss your problem with him/her. And as DLD said- “ Erectile dysfunction is 99% mental”.
