I dont think the Frendo's can be done in the LM from what I can make of it, unless in the future dld makes a special attachment which would be pointless because no one has tried the exercise yet to know how to do it correctly.

Wow, this device will help me to reach my 9" goal for sure.

I'm 8,3" right now (measured on the top) and haven't gained since my 0.5 cm gained in one week with the DLD blasters. <

All videos thus far are in the first page of this thread. As I get them I will post them. I plan on an extensive video being shot this weekend for the newer exercises that have been created, I have 2 new exercises myself so stay tuned.
