Did somebody say juicing?

Anavar is a great steroid for fat loss. You'll get some nice muscles on it too ;)

Okay guys. 78 lbs to go. Iam back to low carbs, eating slower instead of gulping down food, more gum chewing, metabolism-burning supplement, and daily jog. My goal 210. My current 288. My motivation (my lady is becoming more independent and Iam tired of beeing worried that guys at her job may see her as prey because I let myself become way obese and anti-social. Disco Dave will soon be back on the disco scene. Our 15 year anniversary is mid September (45 days from today) and I want to be 55lbs thinner by then. I will update. Btw: can people lose 2lbs a day?

I added in the liquid aminos and brewers yeast to assist in not taking my body for a complete rollercoaster. The times i add those are when i have a blistering 2x workout that day and i now ill be running low on nutrients. And by adding we are talking a teaspoon of the aminos and 1/2 a tbsp of the yeast in only one of the daily juices. You are correct in that 90% will never need those but they were my solution to a problem of not being able to keep pushing while on a fast.

The no fruit is just MPO, i guess im a bit sensitive to the sugar spike as it hits your bloodstream all at once rather than timed release during digestion(beets are notorious for this)

Spinach is also very viable but too pricey at current market prices for my liking.

Yes, i don't take anything except water.

Nice!
My hunger pains only lasted 3 days, and it was more of a discomfort.
And about the fruit sugars in the juice spiking insulin, it's not really a problem unless your suffering from some sort of condition, it mean even in the fasting book they tell you to use mostly fruit in the beginning until you get used to it.
Also, i used alot of fruit and have still kept significant weight loss going.
As for the liquid aminos and bakers yeast, i would actually disagree personaly, i've never read or seen anything about that, and the thing is, if your trying to lose weight and taking in liquid amino's like braggs, its full of sodium which retains water, not good.
And bakers yeast is fiber, so it creally defeats the purpose.
Also, as for the protien, most fruits and veggies are between 5-8% protien, so you gert plenty in the juices you drink, especially with spinach.
But i do agree, you are looking to eventually hit something like 1/3rd fruit, 2/3rds greens.

Man, i hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the only way your going to be able to drop 55 in 45 safely is on a juice fast, there no amount of cutting carbs, low-fat, potential fucking up your metabolism, for a long time diet, thats going to get you that lean besides juicing, unless you just eat vegetables all day and workout, which isn't going to happen without going into major ketosis, not to mention you'll be passing out every where.
Insanity is one of the hardest workout on the market (it really is, it's not a gimmick) and even then combined with eating a lean diet, your lucky to lose 40-50 lbs in 2 months if your young.
if you want to make a serious health transformation, start by doing it because you want to be healthier and more active, passionate, and have more vitality, grow younger, but it all starts with actually finding out what good nutrition is.

Excellent Advice.

When obese; it always seems like the first 20 lbs can be lost in 2 weeks but after that its a much slower weight loss. But Iam going to mix and match different regiments as weeks go by. Btw: My kids go back to school in 2wks. So i will also have more time for quality PE.

Your punishing yourself doing the low carb thing

Agree, low carb equals muscle loss.

Day 5. Lost 4lbs so far. 74lbs to go. Now since Iam also starting back with PE. Does anybody know what should I get for penis weight hanging? Please something comfortable. I want my base to feel the force. Thanks.

Congratulation Dave on the weight loss, really use that loss as a springboard for greater loss. This is how I lost a ton of weight, seeing the scale go done inspired me to keep going. For hanging and a whole lot more the LengthMaster is the choice!

Thanks DLD. Now I just checked one of youknowme vids on the LM. But can you just hang in it while sitting or do you have to stand in a room and manually tug at base?

Yes you can hang while sitting. The handlebar (PowerAssist) attachment is removable so then you are left with just the chamber and are free to hang sitting or standing in any direction

Youknowme: Thanks. I will like to hang while sitting and watching a movies after my morning jog. Are you suppose to attach weights to the LM.

If hanging, yes, you will attach weight on the clamp that is connected to the hanging chamber. Anything from plate weight to a paint can will work:)

Thanks DLD. That LM looks cool. With that handle bar I may also now decide mannual/LM tugging and stretching. But 1rst its back to school shopping for my kids and then I could treat myself to the LM. The last gadget i bought was autoextender years ago. But the LM looks like it will work for my needs. Thanks
