Okay Gents. Whats cracking besides some young cunny. lol

Here we go.

This past winter, My fat ass took it up to 315lbs when my goal was to be 215 and 8 inch bone press. My kids are getting older and i didnt want to be the slouch dad. So in March I said fuck it.

I brought the LM and some Stackers (metabolism pills). Plus I did no carbs (30grams a day). Pus i did my 40 minute daily run with garbage bags on (for maximum sweat).

I am now 250 with 35lbs to go for my 215 goal. Once i hit that. The nitric oxide supplement will be gotten for that lean muscle mass look and that tremendous blood flow to the cock.

My cock seems bigger since I dropped the 65lbs. But it still isnt the 8 bp that i had at 215lbs before. Now my LM sessions have been minimum since i am concentrating more right now on weight loss.

But I can tell that the LM is going to put me pass 8 bp once I focus on that the way im focusing on this weight loss.

Anyways. Lose weight, feel great, and dont let the belly get in the way. lol

Now I know i've been gone a while. I just been zoning out lately. But I still got much love for THE BROTHERS.

Wow so happy for you and you are such a perfect example for me to follow. I have been on the weight loss bandwagon for about two months with little success but this is definitely because of my lack of motivation. Your post has really fired me up. Again, I am soon happy for you! Pass 8 inches when you can but getting that weight down will cause a huge change in visual size. Rock on Brother!

Thanks DLD. Much Love. Btw. The LM is fantastic. The kids on summer break so I cant marry it at the moment. But I love the time that me and the LM do share. Im just salivating while thinking about when i get the time to have that bad boy on all day. But with the kids home; I will just do what I can until i have the free time to zone out on that bad boy.

Well my plans is to loose 10 kgs in 3 months and cement my weight loss. To cement my weight loss is important.

Cement the weight loss?You just need to keep eating healthy.A lot of people lose weight and then they are back to their old habbits....eating bad and watching tv 12 h a day.

That would be an awesome weight to loose, if I lose 20 pounds I would be very happy. So far I lost one, only 19 to go:)

Eating healthy and doing little cardio consistently will be the key to maintaining weight loss.

I just can't handle the cardio yet, getting my diet in order is the most important for me right now. There will be plenty of time to exercise later. I just can't handle too much on my plate right now. Just getting out of the hospital and trying to get used to normal life again is a big undertaking. Diet is enough for now, I do not want to get overwhelmed.

Yup, I am still trying to adjust to society, which takes a lot of my mental energy. My diet has been solid but still have no looses to report.

With time you will have to add the cardio and see if you will lose any weight. But if you realize that you are still gaining more weight with this diet what will you do?
 
Day 4 of the diet..my cravings does not exist anymore...the first 2 days are hard..after that you should be good to go...lost like 2 kg which is like 1 pound i think..in 4 days.that's good i guess..my plan is to lose the belly fat and the fat pad until august 14th..my birthday is on august 14th so i want to make a self present to myself..after i lose the fat pad i will start doing hardcore PE again and hopefully i will hit the 8 inch mark this year.

this is just my opinion, but i always thought the best way to start an exercise routine is do the exercises that you like doing and give you good results. for instance if you hate running try to find other ways to get cardio like tons of pushups, dips, and shadow boxing. Life is short why do exercises you dont enjoy, out of the hundreds of activities that build muscles there has to be a few you actually like doing.
