Is it me? Or does it seems like skinny guys always have a respectable length. Now the big belly and the fat pad makes it hard to see and achieve maximum length. Now I know that I need to lose 60 lbs in order to be skinny enough to show my full erect 8incher (without looking like a crackhead). Now once I gained this 60lbs i no longer had the full erect 8incher. The Married life can do that sometimes LOL. Anyway. I would love to hear from Members about a quick way to lose 60lbs. Because i want to be the skinny guy with the nice size cock. Plus I hate when the belly gets in the way during sex. So let's help each other by stating products or methods or simply state your desired goal. Or tell us how big you got once you lost weight. Or how small you got once you gained weight. Hopefully we can inspire each other . Because the summer time is getting close. Thanks

Just start exercising and keep your diet in check. Don't eat fried foods and eat in a caloric minus (consume less than you burn). Do some steady state fasted cardio..... This is a topic too broad to be discussed like that. I am studying for a personal trainer and this is something that has to be broadly discussed. But put in a few words- start exercising 1-2 times a week (at the gym- don't hit the big weights all of a sudden- take it easy, this is the time where you condition your body to handle the hard training sessions that have yet to come), do some fasted steady state cardio, eat less than you burn, do non-isolation exercises that require a lot of muscle groups to be targeted- use free weights (avoid using a lot of machines). This is it for now. :) If there is something more specigfic you want to ask, let me know :)

Whats the best metabolism pills. And do they work.

they aren't magic pills....gotta eat clean and go to the gym. Lots of people make the mistake of trying to make a race out of how much weight they can lose. I know people who went from consuming 2000 calories a day, and cut it in half. Sure, they lost weight, but it's not sustainable. Aim to work out every other day, and to lose 2-3 pounds per week. You would be amazed how much better you will feel when you're not eating all those refined foods like flour and sugared items. I give myself one cheat day a week where I can drink beer and have some wings...

I have lost about 10 pounds in about a month....and I finally feel like I have a diet I can live with, not starve myself, and still eat good food. My final advice would be to eat lots of veggies and aim to drink a gallon of water per day. I keep lots of fresh lemons and limes on hand for my water, just so it's not so boring.

Great post tbone!

Dave, I would advise you not to use such pills. Just get your ass up and start stressing your body (do exercises, eat good food etc.). As the best Fitnessman in whole wide Bulgaria (and my teacher) once said- No stress, no progress. :)

T-Bone:Good post. ZamBo: You're right. I just need to get off my ass and get it done, because Iam not getting any younger. Who knows? Maybe soon enough once I get fit; you may see me modeling on a Bathmate commercial. Lol. Thanks guys.

Idk about Bathmate, but most probably of the Jackit's commercial LMAO! :)

The magic pill syndrome is what caused the weight gain, taking the least effort easy way.
Proper diet, exercise, and sleep. Diet is 80% of weight control.
Priority will dictate your results....

I was not much of a planner, but if you plan out your week, it's easier to stick to rather than to just wing it. Go to the gym when you say you are. Plan your meals. I always have a meal ready to go in the fridge. When I grill, I grill enough for a week, this gets me good food for work, and when I'm busy and don't have time to cook. Mistakes I've made in the past is not planning, you get busy, all of sudden you need food, and you need it now. It's so easy to order a pizza, or run to mcdonalds, or whatever. set your goals, write them down. plan your week and hold yourself accountable.

Morphosis: you are right. Laziness has bought this on. I start this week. Because I need a bigger cock more than a bigger belly. T-Bone: Great idea about grilling enough for the week. I love the taste of grilled food and it is still tasty after you heat it up. Now I am thinking low-carb/fat and daily jog with maybe a daily supplement that will make me seem full and not hungry (idk). I just need to stop eating at night. ZamBo: LMAO

if your goal is to only lose weight, then it simply comes down to caloric deficit. the size of this deficit will affect how much weight you lose in a given time period.

you can create a deficit in daily calories through diet and/ or exercise.

So Jordey: What's Better? Counting carbs or calories. Now low carbs lets you eat fat. But I think calories are different. Plus i made need a bachelors degree in order to count all the calories while doing a low carb diet. So for the quickest effect should I focus on low carbs or low calories?

if you are counting calories, calories are calories. counting carbs is important because carbs are high calorie, and generally burn off quickly and don't keep you full. it will be very difficult to run a calorie deficit and consuming carbs. Also, remember that carbs that are not burned during the day are stored as fat. so by all means, eat your carbs, but do so by eating whole grains like oatmeal in the morning and before a workout, otherwise, it's just best to stay away from carbs.

One thing I do is fast for 12 hours. If a I eat a meal at 7pm, I don't eat or snack until 7am the following day.

counting carbs and counting calories achieve different things so neither is better. if you are still in a caloric surplus but 'counting your carbs' you will not lose weight.

im also not sure what you mean by calories are different - do you mean between the macros? if so, both protein and CHO have 4kcals per gram, and fats have 9kcals per gram.

counting calories isnt hard, get an app like myfitnesspal and just log what you eat into there. takes about 15 minutes a day.

as mentioned, JUST doing low carb, whilst neglecting regulation of the other macro consumption will not necessarily give you weight loss. if you are still eating in a surplus (more than you burn) you will put on weight, regardless of whether it is from protein fat or carbs.

the ONLY way to lose weight is to create a calorie deficit, through diet and/ or training.

workout out a baseline of calories for yourself, minus 300, and do one 20 minute session of cardio a week. when your weight loss stalls doing this, either drop calories further or increase exercise. its pretty simple.

as for macros, there really is no significant benefit to going on a low carb diet for weight loss. eat each macro in moderation, whilst fitting it into your daily caloric targets.

Okay. 7 days ago i started my 60lb mission to go from 270 to 210 (60lbs). Now for the week i did 40 minitute jogs while wearing a sauna suit. Everytime i came out soaking in sweat. Then during the week i also ate very little compared to the gorging i found myself doing. Now today i weighed myself and Iam now 264. I had a 1rst week newbie weight loss of 6lbs. Just because you're married with kids doesnt mean you consider yourself out of the game because the more you slouch off, the more your neighbor is scoping out your pretty wife. Lol. So like others said on this thread. Get off your ass, always keep a planned fixated meal and work out routine and get it done. I will report back next week. Good Luck.

Ouch man. Sorry to hear that.

Have you had a hormonal panel done (+thyroid+antibodies)? Have any problems like that in the family?

Not looking past your diet. Just curious on the above.
