The SiliStretcher being used passively does not need to be taken off every hour, some people can wear it for hours on end. The best thing to do is test how long you’re able to wear it at a moderate tension without issue. But if you’re wearing the SS actively, or to make growth then you should only go for an hour at a time.

Yes I will be adding an SRT work out using the Stealth Stretcher. I am waiting on my shipment has not arrived yet but as soon as I get it I will test and I will produce a work out. I’m very excited about this I hope everybody else’s too.
 
Is it safe to wear the SiliSleeve while you sleep? I typically get between 6-8 hours in the SiliSleeve and SiliRings after my workout but when I go to bed I take everything off. Is this against SRT? Will this stop me from making gains? Obviously, no SiliRings at night but I’m gonna try the SiliSleeve while I sleep if you say it’s safe and have tried it with success
 
No it's optional to wear at night. You still gain if you don't, or can't wear sleeves during sleep.

It's not for everyone
