When I created SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory I had already used and gained with it. You could say SRT grew as Brothers, including myself, grew with it. As new developments happened in either healing or gaining I am quick to update and refine the training. Now with the access I have to tools that truly align with SRT I am able to simplify the process. This LENGTH ONLY SRT Routine occupies 24 hours a day in the most easy way! I strives to make as fun as possible mixing days with different exercises. This will keep thing fresh and interesting so you do not lose motivation❤️

Rolls and Bundles Stretching


LengthMaster Rolls: 3 Sets of four 30 Second Rolls
LengthMaster Bundles : 3 Sets of four 30 Second Twists

Monday, Wednesday and Friday
LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging PowerAssist Stretches:
Using MOSGrip for extra strength in grip
One Minute Stretch of Each Below

Base Twist Stretch
Body Rock Stretch
Bow & Arrow Stretch
Double Handed A-Stretch Video
Down and Out Stretch
Rocking Stretch Video
Side Fulcrum Stretch
Sling Shot Stretch
Tunica Fulcrum Stretch

EXPRESSIVE STRETCHING
Attach Lengthmaster a the lowest point possible and clamp down. From here stretch straight out in front of you for 8 thirty second stretches.

SiliStretcher Active to Passive training.

After Length Routine put on your SiliStretcher for sets of 60 minutes progressively going from full intensity to lighter intensity over how even many sets you complete. This will be a progressive reduction from gaining to healing, essentially going from active to passive stretching.

Complete day with
Testical Health Massage and Stretch
With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these.

Where SiliSleeve through the night
Using a moderate stretch you want to retain an elongated state to heal in this state. Be safe! Go for 2 hours at a time until you have reached 8 hours without issue.

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3

Erect Stretching

3 days a week for 10 minutes.
Attain an erection and using standard OK grip, just below the head and stretch straight out.

An additional package for PowerAssist stretches, as they are also included with the SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger.
 
This is what I was looking for DLD,
since you mentioned I should concentrate on length.

I am not familiar with the power assist exercises, so I will have to look those up.
I also do not have a power assist, so I would not be able to do them at this time.

I will try a modified version of this routine.

Do you have a Lengthmaster? Or are you looking to replace all LengthMaster - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging and PowerAssist exercises?

You can do a light warm up by just doing some light stretches. Afterwords do some deep tissue massage. Maybe five minutes of both.

I meant warming up with heat; such as the rice sock method or warm towel. Or is that outdated?

Nope, not outdated, still valid methods for tissue warmups and -downs.
MoS is working to bring a new Infrared device that will take things to the next level but ricesocks, warm towels, moist heat; it's all good, tried and true.

Lots of videos now and more coming all the time. For the fulcrum stretching refer to the PowerAssist thread as everything on the PA is there.

That is a good starting point for length. You can work others tools in later is you desire. How have things been going?

Been going good with my routine.
Getting more and more confident with silistretcher and post healing with silisleeves.

You are right on target! Mastering a tool take time and patience, which you most certainly have. I am looking forward to your measurements when the time comes.

I've been messing with this program and like it so far I think my favorite thing is the program being different on different days it breaks up the robot feeling

I'm going to go full time with this program gonna try and focus on length only for a bit

The thing I love about SRT is that I can keep adding additional workouts that can be swapped out at any time to accomplish the same thing keeping things fresh and fun. Over the past two months I added two new length routines to the original SRT program. I will be adding more as a test new equipment.
