Loosing weight for me follows the same course as my depression and mania. I can lose weight very quickly and become solid muscle when things are in the fun zone, but when things get dark I can put on weight just as fast.
My manic depression has always kept me thin since I don't eat a lot while manic or depressed. But when I am baseline and running in the center, that's when I can pig out if I don't watch my food intake enough.

By the way- try doing some HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Cardio. It is good!!! It is tiring as FUCK, but it burns up to 48 hours after a session. How overweight are you actually (cause Slow Steady State would be better if the difference between BPEL and NBPEL is more than 1.5 inches...)? :)

Yes as DLD said that is correct, it is called sprinting as well. Im 42 years old, 6'2" and 280lbs. My max heart rate is 178 bpm and my resting heart rate is 55 bpm. I usually get my heart rate up to 180 bpm for 30-45 seconds doing resistance cardio and then bring it down to 130 bpm for 60 - 75 seconds and repeat as many times as possible.

When I was at it before I was at about 12-14 sprints per workout and be wiped out. Right now i am at about 4 - 5 sprints and I'm wiped out. It is the most intense workout in 20 minutes and you feel it still working after you leave the gym.

Right now my heart rate gets up real fast, in fact the first day back my heart rate was at 201 bpm my first couple sprints. When I was at it before, after a few months it was hard to get my heart rate up, so I would pop a couple MoS Titan pills to help elevate my heart rate.

Dude, I wouldn't do that. I mean on purpose elevating your heart rate with Titan pills. Seems like you are overweight, right? Aren't you afraid that your heart won't be able to take it and will give up? You may get a stroke or something. I mean sprinting is great, but is risky enough. Taking pills to kick up heart rate looks crazy to me. Not tryin to be rude, just tryin to give good advice.

Well the fact that your resting heart rate is around 55 beats per minute would mean that you are quite healthy. I seem to be on the tight track with the workouts. What kind of resistance do you use?

I wish I had a center, it is either depression or mania, I can't remember being baseline.

I did that before after I was already seasoned. I wouldn't do that now.

Yes, I feel healthy being this overweight even though being overweight/obese is not healthy. I have no diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or heart issues. I use to be 540. I'm doing an elliptical right now on the highest resistance to start. I'm a machine man.

What is crazy is even at your heaviest you did not have health issues with it, it never slowed you down.

Meh.

Cardio. That's how you hurt yourself.

You know what Tahir does for cardio?

Go to the gym and throw 135lbs on the squat rack. Now squat 135lbs for a total of 100 reps in x amount of minutes. Then go back a day or two later and reduce the time by a minute.

Don't want to squat? No problem. I also like to throw 225lbs on a bar and do the same with dead lifts.

Want to incorporate your arms more? Get a 300-500lb tire and do tire flips under the same parameters. If you can get your hands on a "log" (the strongman logs) and to log clean and press that's a good one too.

Or you can just do something like 10 sets of 10 reps with short rest intervals of 30 to 60 sec.

When I was serious into working out in my mid 20's I was a monster and was able to squat 700lbs free weight (fourteen 45 lb. plates plus a 45 lb. bar) and do 3 sets of 8 reps. The bar would be bending over my shoulders it was crazy. People encourgaed me to enter a strong man comp back then. Now I can barely squat down and pick up some change that fell out of my pocket lol. All that bulk and muscle turned into fat.

I'm back at it though, I have to make it become a habit and stick with it for about 6 weeks so it becomes natural again. I will just stick with the basics in the beginning so I don't burn myself out and quit before it becomes a habit. I already know how to get into it. I have incredible knowledge about nutrition and exercise but I became the mechanic with the broken car or the plumber with a leaky sink. :/

i'm sure your body was working 100x harder than a fit persons body to maintain a balanced state.

Dude, just do a juice fast, i've been loosing a pound a day steadily for the last 2 weeks, i'm already 17 lbs down.
The greatest thing about the juice fast is that, because you get all the extra phyto-nutrients, like vitamines, mineral, anti-oxidants, plus the incredible amount of hydration that comes with the fast, your skin will look much younger and your less likely to be left with loose sagging skin.
Not to mention you get ripped quick.
The fist 3-4 days are like hell, but then all of a sudden you feel light, and you have more energy then you've ever had before in your life, plus it's pretty awesome how quick it goes down, who wants to wait 6-8 months to do something you could do in 60 days.

Well I already eat a plant based diet and been doing that for a year now, so I eat real clean. I always wanted to try juicing but I need to find some good starter recipes so I stick with it. I don't want to juice kale everyday and give up. Any good starter recipes to share?

Damn, at first I was like "is he telling Lightnig to take steroids as soon as possible?" LOL

How does the Lengthmaster compare to the BIB hanger?

Can expect any gains from the Tunica? What limitations would I have with the Lengthmaster?

Do you recommend doing Girth work the same time of doing Length work. Or do you think that would hinder the results in length?

Ya man for sure, eating plant base is deff an awesome transformation, but even as a vegan there are so many different categories, like low-fat, high fat, cooked, un-cooked, starch based, fruit based.
When i started eating plant based i felt great but my weight didn't really go down to quick because i was eating to many nuts, oils, and avocados, so then in switched to a raw food diet, pretty much just fruit all day, but i could eat as much as i want, and i actually dropped mad weight like 7 lbs in 8 days, so then i figured fuck it, why not start it off with a juice fast, and here we are! LMAO! :)
After this im goign to go back to the low-fat raw vegan diet, with maybe like one cooked meal at soper or something.
As for juice recipies, here are a few or my favorites, i find they go down easier, plus i don't use kale!!! i hate kale!!! lol
I use baby spinach, red chard, or watercress as my Greens.

Carrot apple ginger
-8 big ass carrots
-apples (usually like 2-3)
-ginger (thumb size piece)

Orange celery Spinach
-3 oranges
- 8 stalks of celery
- two big handfuls of spinach (or any other green, watercress is the most nutrient dense)

Lemon ginger Blast
- 6-8 stalks of celery
- 1 lemon ( if it's organic, you can leave the skin on, lemon it the only citrus you can do this with)
- ginger thumb size
- 1 whole cucumber
- 2-3 apples
- Lots of greens ( spinach, watercress, etc..., This is my favourite drink, when you drink it, you feel like it's purifying your blood!)
