google omega 8006. I use this one because it doesn't spin fast causing heat which is believed to destroy some of the nutrition in the fruits and veggies...enzyme type shit lol among other things. it crushes slowly and presses the juice out.

Ya the reason centrifugal juicers are better in the beginning is because of the time factor, no one wants to take 30 minutes making a juice the could have finished in 5, the masticating like yours are better for juicing herbs a leafy greens, but all in all, as for loss of nutrients, it's debatable, there maybe minor loss, but it's relatively low abd really isn't anywhere close to being a problem you may lose like 2 % which is nothing really.
All of the people who i see juicing, including the guy from the juicing doc, fat, sick, and nearly dead use a centrifugal juicer.
But i were to get serious about herbs and wheat grass i would prob get a masticating juicer, just because you get a bit more extraction.
But anyways, as for a beginner i would start a relatively inexpensive, quick, powerful juicer like a brevile.

If you monitor slickdeals, they usually have refurb deals every now and then for extremely cheap on blenders/juicers.
You can also get a good deal on the 8005-6's from their factory refurbs for very cheap as well.

BUT you said "tomorrow". So not sure if you've bought one by now or later on today (assuming a post @ 1am was meant to mean later in the day instead of tomorrow).

I was looking at a $300 Breville but now I see they have a $400 one now as well. I really don't want to drop big bucks on something until I know I'm gonna stick with it.

I'm just getting out of bed now so I was going to go to the mall or wally word today.

Isn't it just a fancy blender? I have seen them for $40 at Walmart.

It's a juicer. Which just extracts the contents of the fruit/vegetable and bins the fiber/pulp.
Looks like a blender though. You could actually add some of the pulp back into the juiced material.

You might have to run the pulp back again for centrifugal juicers for vegetables as they're not as efficient as masticating juicers.

The only blender that seems to be worth a damn around the $100 range is the ninja blender.

nutribullet is pretty good. I didn't like the ninja blender.

I went with a vitamix and highly recommend it...even if you can't afford it just put it on your card!!

No actually, a blender is an emulsifier, it just tears through everything, but it still leaves the fiber in the mix, where as a juicer completely removes all fiber, which leaves you with nothing but pure juice, which is what allows you to stay in a fasted state while still getting all the essential vitamins, minerals, and other nutrient you need from your produce.
When you intake the fiber it shuts off the fasting mechanism, because the body has to break down the matter, but the juice is so easily absorbed and metabolized that you don't have that switch.
A really great documentary is Fat, Sick, And nearly dead, i really recommend it to anyone with extra weight to lose, not only to better understand juicing but to undrstand the benefit of taking in more fresh fruits and veggies.
Another really good dock is Forks over Knives, that doc is fucking amazing!

Did you feel hungry while juicing? I've seen the Forks over Knives and Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead along with many other similar documentaries over the years.

I wish I had a center, it is either depression or mania, I can't remember being baseline.
Effexor XR prescribed to me by my bipolar doctor is the only thing that works to keep me more or less baseline. I tried everything else available for bipolar over the years, but EFFEXOR XR is the only one that works. The only side effect I get from it is the inability to ejaculate at times. So I can fuck until my dick gets sore. But that's not good for PE either under certain conditions. But I manage somehow to get around it when I really need to. But even with effexor xr I can still be triggered into a mania or a depression so I have to watch who I let into my life and for what reasons.

Ya, you'll be hungry and feeling the urge to eat for the first few days but around the 3-4 day you start to feel really really good!
You go through a detox for a few day because your body i releasing the toxins that have acumulated in your fat cells. head aches, tiredness, hunger are all common for the first few days.

This is on a total juice diet?

Ive done quite a few juice fasts ranging from 2 weeks up to 2.5 months. Hunger "pangs" subside after the first 2 weeks or so during your first fast. The things to look out for are heavy withdrawl symptoms and blood toxicity. Juicing fruits will spike your blood sugar and can possible cause insulin shock(bad). golden ratio is to stick with mainly veggies, if you can incorporate the rainbow technique into making your daily juices youll hit the entire spectrum of everything you need. For added benefit you can add liquid aminos and also brewers yeast which will give your body protein building blocks during the fasted state. Also dont forget your ACV during the fast, it helps the stomach deal with the acid issues.

Yes, i don't take anything except water.

Nice!
My hunger pains only lasted 3 days, and it was more of a discomfort.
And about the fruit sugars in the juice spiking insulin, it's not really a problem unless your suffering from some sort of condition, it mean even in the fasting book they tell you to use mostly fruit in the beginning until you get used to it.
Also, i used alot of fruit and have still kept significant weight loss going.
As for the liquid aminos and bakers yeast, i would actually disagree personaly, i've never read or seen anything about that, and the thing is, if your trying to lose weight and taking in liquid amino's like braggs, its full of sodium which retains water, not good.
And bakers yeast is fiber, so it creally defeats the purpose.
Also, as for the protien, most fruits and veggies are between 5-8% protien, so you gert plenty in the juices you drink, especially with spinach.
But i do agree, you are looking to eventually hit something like 1/3rd fruit, 2/3rds greens.

Why don't you try weight watchers or lite n easy for 6-8 weeks on top of that add some weight lifting not to heavy or insane ( you would tell them this) and you will drop a lot of weight after the 6-8 you can keep at it or go your own way, doing this won't burn you out to.
