this is just my opinion, but i always thought the best way to start an exercise routine is do the exercises that you like doing and give you good results. for instance if you hate running try to find other ways to get cardio like tons of pushups, dips, and shadow boxing. Life is short why do exercises you dont enjoy, out of the hundreds of activities that build muscles there has to be a few you actually like doing.

I can attest to the fact that continuous movement is the fastest way to lose weight. When I used to drop 100 pounds in a month it was due to being manic. In the state of mania you can go days moving about doing this and that. I wish i could go off my medication, go manic, lose the weight than go back on the meds...but it don't work this way:) Now, struggling to lose a pound a week is so difficult. I was spoiled before and now that I have to work for it, quite frankly, it sucks!

I know how it feels but you can still get to your dream weight, all you need is constant motivation and keep doing what you know will help in losing weight. I do agree, all form of body movement that brings sweat can take off the weight.

Threads like this always come out most times. If you smoke marijuana, that might be one of the major contributing factor. if you don't smoke and you also don't want to exercise, I will suggest you eat twice daily

Nah, with Cannabis you just need to keep the junk food out of the house. I keep one meal in the house for dinner, this way I do not eat like mad and get fat. Only get the food for the day! Also, drink a lot of water and that will counter that feeling.

I'm currently eating only twice daily.
 
I'm doing no more than 1,000 calories a day the last 3 weeks. Spread throughout the day. Black coffee and water to fill in the gaps. Fat is melting off the mid section.

Eat clean and hit the gym.

Eating clean and hitting the gym are two combinations that I've never done in my life. I believe 2023 is going to be a much better year in that aspect of eating clean and going to the gym.

I agree bro, i was eating alotta high carb/calorie foreign over-seas food over the last 2 years - time to get rid of my fat pad(check out my picks) . . . .....
