sometimes 15 to 20 mins is the only time we have for PE,But is better than nothing thats an advice i have to give to myself...i get really stressed when i dont finish the session i had in mind........

If you can it is definitely something to try. Many have managed to gain much faster due to multiple daily routines. Dld in particular is a great example of that.

What I was thinking was doing two separate equal routines. I assume you're pretty worn after one go with a routine at that strength. So maybe two lesser routines that add up to more work throughout the day.
For the sake of a for instance, my routine is broken up into warm up, warm down and four equal length routines throughout the day. It works out to be hundreds of stretches a day, which is something I worked into maybe a little faster than I should have, but has been very effective for me. In fact I'm at nearly 3/4 an inch gain in a little under two months of the current manual work I'm doing.
If I did the whole thing at once I'd probably throw up from boredom and all the odd sensation. Breaking it up makes what would be one stupid long annoying session into four relatively nonchalant sessions. It's not required but it is helpful.
