20 minute sessions are a decent amount of time for one part Girth or Length.
 
i just cant do things that way i grab the whole bunch,girth and lenght and yeah maybe im not doing one part correctly...hope not :)
 
maybe i should take that in consideration splitting routines can get things easier

It has always worked for men who could not gain by doing everything in one day. Some men just need to have exclusive focus on length and girth.
 
Today was a bad day for me all together, just was completely upset all day, still did some P.E but it surely didn't take my mind off of things, just really seems like I never have anything go for me. Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow. :(

Love reading your regular updates bro, it helps keep me motivated too. I've been using the SG for a couple months now, I am going to spring for the bathmate myself and add that to my routine as well at the end of the month.

Currently I am doing 4-6 hours of stretching with the SG (at about 900 grams) and a stretching, jelq and SSJ routine daily. Have had some great gains so far too.

Yeah maybe just doing one thing would simplify things a lot.i had this two months plan and i have skipped three days off...being anxious about gains is not a healthy thing...
 
So I decided to take Sunday and Monday off due to personal problems, came back strong today. Yesterday I measured completely hard at 6.5" at one time, but its sitting at around 6.25" maybe a bit smaller. Which is pretty dope, it looks big as hell not hard now.

Today was a good day, felt good for gains, penis was feeling nice and healthy, its looking bigger and feeling bigger, hopefully I'll hit my goal of 8" soon as hell, looks like I'm gaining nice and quickly, which was the plan for myself.
Gonna do P.E all week also, not one day off this week except yesterday.
Warmed down with a 10 minute shower, my penis right now is a bit sore, but that'll wear off soon.
 
Have you considered splitting your routine into two? Or maybe you are too busy to do that consistently.

If you can it is definitely something to try. Many have managed to gain much faster due to multiple daily routines. Dld in particular is a great example of that.

So like I do my length workout for however long, and then later do my girth workout?
 
That's one possibility.

What I was thinking was doing two separate equal routines. I assume you're pretty worn after one go with a routine at that strength. So maybe two lesser routines that add up to more work throughout the day.

For the sake of a for instance, my routine is broken up into warm up, warm down and four equal length routines throughout the day. It works out to be hundreds of stretches a day, which is something I worked into maybe a little faster than I should have, but has been very effective for me. In fact I'm at nearly 3/4 an inch gain in a little under two months of the current manual work I'm doing.

If I did the whole thing at once I'd probably throw up from boredom and all the odd sensation. Breaking it up makes what would be one stupid long annoying session into four relatively nonchalant sessions. It's not required but it is helpful.

Your routine looks like a clock eater for one sitting

Okay so yesterday (Wednesday) I wanted to test a theory, I read somewhere that when you're about to cum your dick is bigger, and that theory is right. And that's how there was no P.E yesterday haha.
Today I split it into two like I was advised for quickers gains.
At around 430

a minute of jelqing
5 minutes of SSJ
50 more kegels.
So I did actually like splitting it into two, made it a bit more easy on myself, and most like more bang for my buck. Hopefully the gains will come even quicker, my flaccid penis is bigger then it was, my erect penis is also bigger. I'll take measurements in around two weeks. :)
